Hotel Manorama

Inside the Non AC Hotel Rooms, lights and Washroom conditions are not good. They clean the Rooms until you inform the Receptionist or Manager. This has to be improved. Other than these shortcomings Hotel is Good and nice to stay.

We had already booked the room online in the morning and reached hotel to check in around 8pm and we were damn tired, the two people at reception were doing some other works instead of attending to us and when asked us to check and give us a room, they were like wait for few minutes we are busy accounting. We waited for 10mins and went again to ask for a room, and stood infront of them for 5 mins then they said online booking will book ur room but doesn't allot which room, and u have to wait as the room is being cleaned now. So it took us more than 40mins waiting to get a room where two single cots were joined to make it double bed instead of the queen bed that we had booked for us. There was a cockroach in the washroom. The washroom was very small but the room was okay not that great, can manage one night of tiredness because you'll be knocked out after so much waiting.

Good location.. within the city and next to a big mall and other eateries. Close proximity to good beaches. Decent room and service. Pocket friendly charges

We were in Mangaluru with our family at the end of December 2024 and stayed at Hotel Manorama. |This is an excellent hotel, more like a lodge. The rooms are large and clean and the service is good. The location is perfect near the city centre and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. |The staff were extremely friendly and service-orientated. |I can only recommend the Hotel Manorama, especially as it has very favourable prices.

Had booked one month earlier for my cousin Ravi. Shetty an ac room.Today when he arrived , one rude fellow called Rakshit flatly refused to give an ac room & rudely told to have the non ac one. He said it's a preferance.. God knows what he meant. When Call was given to me, I argued & he has the audacity to call me a mad man.For years now, I have been recommending people, Is this the way to treat your customer in the hospitality industry. Shocking Experience... See to it, that fellow Rakshit is thrown out..... Prabhakar. Shetty..... Karangalpadi...

We had to attend a marraige in mangalore..a couple of weeks ago .Since it was season time ..We were not getting a room to stay ..When my husband booked a room in Manorama hotel I literally scolded him due to negetive reviews of the hotel. .I was little skeptical when I entered the room but honestly this hotel provides u a decent stay,room,toilets are neat and tidy Pls dont go with the negetive reviews this hotel is near to city centre and sai palace hotel...U ll not get bored at all

Very rude behaviour by manager. He feels we are at the mercy of him. Extremely unprofessional. You can rather stay in any temple instead of staying here. The hotel is very unhygienic. You can see cockroaches inside the room. They don't provide soaps,towel, water unlesss we go to the reception and ask for it daily. They did not clean room inspite of asking several times and manager said it is not his responsibility to ensure cleanliness.

One of the worst room service, 10 times u should call to get things like blanket , pillow, water. No room cleaing services. You have to do it on your own effort. 1947 year old blankets. Pillow cover and bedsheet not washed properly. Water have different taste and colour like mud yellow. Not recommended.
