Hotel Karuna Residency

The rooms are good, bathrooms are clean and comes with very minimal amenities. Paid 2400 per night including tax which was not worth it. Breakfast not included. Should offer much more for the price paid. Location is great. Service is good too. It's expensive for what they have to offer. With added amenities and free breakfast, this deal would've been amazing.

Over all experience was good. One thing I want to highlight that friendly front desk staff. Room was neat and clean. Very near to railway station and city centre

Clean rooms but you will find cockroaches at night. AC remote not working. Curtains do the cover the window completely. Also the noise from the outside is very much audible inside the room creating a lot of disturbance. The rooms are very small and congested for the amount they charge.

A very convenient and budget-friendly hotel, located right near Mangalore railway station. It's also within easy walking distance of major restaurants and the city center mall. Service was prompt. The hotel has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants on-site, though I didn't have the chance to try them

Do not at any cost stay here.Your options are either cockroaches or induced asthma with naphthalene/moth balls. To save money on fumigation and pest control , they just dumped 15-20 of these in a 20 sqm room. When we entered the room, it smells heavily of naphthalene balls. It was unbearable to even stay for a minute. Upon requesting for a different room, they said all their room were in this state. They're solution was to just remove the chemical balls but that didn't help much, the smell was there all night. I don't expect five star service for this price, but it doesn't mean they have to give us free lung disease with it.

Visited: April 2025 Rooms were on quiet point so to say, only to discover that the beds/matters was filthy hidden under the blankets. Bathroom are bit small but gets the job done.

Best service and very good staff . The food at TCW of karuna residency is tasty.....I had a wonderful stay and want to visit again when visiting Mangalore
