Hotel Citywalk Residency

Rooms are in shopping complex. Lot of disturbance. Location is so congested. No parking. You never feel like you are in peace stay. Breakfast is not at all good. Receptionist Mr. alen is so rude. He is consistently disagreeable with nasty attitude.

- severely overpriced for the service. It's located in a commercial complex with no proper parking, it's not an individual property. Poorly maintained rooms. Which are not even cleaned everyday. Basic toiletries were not provided until asked. The toilet stinks even with the exhaust on. They don't have a kitchen, you can't order basic things like tea in-house. There's no ventilation in the room. They're stuffy and the AC kept going off every 15 minutes, it seems to have an autocut. It's actually a lodge, the locals refer to it as one as well. Mentioning it as a hotel is misleading. I think the good reviews everywhere bought, we feel terribly bluffed.

Worst experience, Rooms are not good for that price, in Reception Service is Worst. Pls don't book her nearby to that many good hotels are there with much better price

In my opinion this hotel is value for money. I had to stay only for 4-5 hours hence booked the room. The room was clean and tidy including the sheets, pillows and the washroom.

*Disappointing Experience at Hotel Citiwalk Residency, Mangalore* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Citiwalk Residency in Mangalore, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. Despite charging a hefty price of over 6,000 plus per night, the hotel failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. The rooms, while not terrible, were certainly not worth the exorbitant price tag. However, it was the hotel's overall infrastructure and services that left much to be desired. To begin with, the hotel's parking facilities were woefully inadequate. We had to wait until nightfall to secure a decent parking spot, despite being assured by the hotel staff that this would not be an issue. Furthermore, the hotel's location is inconvenient, to say the least. Autos and taxis were reluctant to come to the hotel, leaving us stranded on multiple occasions. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. Instead, they have a tie-up with a canteen located over half a kilometer away. The food, while edible, was unremarkable and not worth the hassle. Even for a cup of Tea, we have to order and wait for a long time. With its exorbitant prices, inadequate facilities, and inconvenient location, it is a hotel that fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations.

The rooms are above a shopping complex. There is no parking . They can arrange a parking space by adjusting the space bellow if they could. Room was okay. Bathroom could be better. Budget rooms. Budget expectations.

It is more of a lodge than a hotel. The room was unclean, and housekeeping is done only on alternate days, with inadequate ventilation. Bedsheets and other linens were not hygienic. There is no proper parking facility and also basic bathroom essentials are not provided.

The people in the reception don't know the meaning of hospitality, the tone changes during the check out. Mr. Allen receptionist gone crazy during checkout as I stayed exactly 40 mins more for which we had priorly informed. He treated me as if I'm in debt to the whole property. And even the price is not reasonable, for the kind of service they provide.
