Hotel BMS

I had an excellent 3-day stay with my family at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the pure vegetarian North Indian food was incredibly delicious. The well-maintained car parking facility was a great convenience and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Please don't go to this hotel. I had bad experience I lost my gold earrings when I was not in the room. Go if you want to lose something. cctv is not working they're denying to show the footage. So I suggest better not to go there

The hotel room was quite spacious, which was a plus, but the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was disappointing even after requesting service, the room wasn't properly cleaned. The dining experience was also let down by poorly washed plates and glasses. On top of that, the TV wasn't working, and despite informing the staff and requesting a repair, nothing was done. Overall, it felt like the service didn't match the potential of the place.

Very comfortable place for small to mid scale functions with mouth watering vegitarian food options. The resturant serves authentic south Indian veg food . Ample parking with well maintained rooms. I didn't had a chance to enjoy the room service but overall experience was simply great.

Our experience of staying in this hotel was good. Friendly & helpful reception. Room service & restaurant served tasty food. Well appointed rooms. Only drawback I observed was majority of the rooms are equpped with a bath tub which is difficult for us senior citizens to use. Moreover in today's fast world bathtubs are outdated and waste a lot of water. This needs to be addressed I feel. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

I would like to give in - star review because yesterday when I went out someone came inside the room and took my gold earrings I.e 07-03-2025. This is not safest place. You can't keep anything inside the room and leave. When I asked for CC TV footege they just shewed me away. The most horrible experience that ever happened. Even one of the staff said that cctv itself is not working. Please don't go to this room if you have valuable things. Any person can enter at anytime. I came to this hotel because of my brother's wedding. And returned with sad face

Decent hotel with good amenities. Food is tasty (kinda unexpected for the ambience they had). Good food, but service and ambience could be better. Breakfast: The breakfast options were decent and satisfying, making for a good start to the day. Dinner: Tried North Indian dishes like naan, kulcha, pulao, and mix vegetable curry--all were well-prepared and flavorful. The dinner offerings were a highlight of the experience. Service: The service was somewhat average, with room for improvement in attentiveness and efficiency. Ambience: The ambience is okay-ish, functional but not particularly inviting or memorable. Hotel BMS serves good food, especially for North Indian cuisine, but enhancing the service and ambience would elevate the overall experience.

Rooms were good....but the bathroom was stinking like anything... In bathtub all kind of marks... Cockroaches and Spider roaming in rooms.. Bad experience of taking a vehicle from BMS. The driver was rash and they provided old car without A.C...The driver also don't know the places and routes.. He is telling us to on the Google Map to go... In Half a day v were back ...but charged for the whole day...Worst experience of Taxi from BMS Hotel. He wasted the day for us..v were disappointed toooo much....
