Goldfinch Hotel Mangaluru

I booked a banquet hall at Gold Finch. Overall experience was good. Some of the staff were really good. Customer friendly. But some staff were really irresponsible. Didn't take care of minute details because of which certain things were not ok. To be frank i didn't like some of their clause which we will come to know only when we get to the end of the program. If somebody wants to book the hall please keep in mind that they provide sound only for soft music. If you want DJ you ll have to get the sound system with extra cost. Same applies to decoration. If you pay for certain guaranteed plates of meal & if the number of guests are less whatever may be the balance they'll not give the remaining food back to you. If the number was less i would not have had the problem. But it costed me nearly 50 plates. They provide vallet parking & we got our vehicle back it was totally dirty from outside. The painting work was going on & dint even notice the place while parking. Had to pay extra for car wash.

Stayed at Goldfinch Mangalore for a work trip and had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable, the pricing is reasonable, and the location is convenient. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good ,fresh and with plenty of variety. What made it even better was the staff ,super friendly and helpful throughout. Great value overall, would definitely stay again for business travel.

Visited April 2025. Stayed here for 1 night. Excellent experience. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. You get a loaded fridge with beverages and some snacks (paid), TV and coffee maker. Neat and clean bathroom. Courteous and helpful staff. Complimentary Breakfast was amazing too. You get variety of south indian options, English breakfast items ,fresh fruit juices etc. The hotel is centrally located to the city center, bus stop and hospital. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent stay at centre of Manglore city. Good staff's and maintenance.|Good Ambience. People over here more on service oriented. Which is really good strength of an service oriented Organisation. We prefer to stay on most of of the business trips

Goldfinch is a nice, well-kept hotel. The rooms were spotless and inviting. Efficient and courteous staff made the stay hassle-free. It had good connectivity to all parts of Mangalore. We had a great time and will be coming back again. Ciao.

Baddest service ever of their restaurant. We ordered dinner, eaten chappati, ordered more chappati but after 30 minutes of wait, we left the hotel disappointed. They don't know how to provide smooth service. Even when we were leaving after saying that we can't wait that much, no one bothered. I don't think that must be a way of a restaurant staff. I think all the staff must be fired at once.

It was great stay. Most of the time I stay for 3 to 4 nights single & some time with family. My family always prefer to stay in this hotel because of highly maintained , food taste & qwality. Even I have conducted one of my official meet here|Be cause of coastal speciality food.

This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day. This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.
