CRADLE N PALMS | BEACHSIDE HOMESTAY | MANGALORE

It's a beautiful piece of land at the edge of the water with swings, gazebos and hammocks strewn across the back yard. The room was beautiful with a seaside balcony. Janice and her family were always on their A-game when it came to any queries, requirements, or making our stay comfortable. The beach is at a walking distance from their property, the property houses kayaking and river activities as well. 10/10 experience for us. Will visit very soon.

All in all it was a great experience staying here. Well maintained and huge rooms , perfect Homestay for a group of friends/families. Close proximity to the beach and very well connected to the rest of the city

A wonderful spot with welcoming hosts. The property is designed for relaxation, featuring a swing and a riverside porch. Kayaking was enjoyable and affordable.

We stayed for a day there. The stay is located at a perfect place near backwaters and tannirbhavi beach. We booked a 4bhk which was spacious enough for 10 members. We had campfire, swings and other activities too. Property owner helped us with our plan. Overall it was a recommended place to stay with a good view and environment

We are very thankful that we found this really great place to stay in Mangaluru. It is a quiet and very clean accommodation on a small island. For 15 Rupees you can reach it with a ferry that goes every 5 minutes. We booked the double room with queensize bed and seaview. We enjoyed the very nice view from our terrace to the riverside. The hosts are super friendly and prepared us good breakfast and a very delicious lunch. We can fully recommend this nice homestay! Every time we will come back to Mangaluru we will stay here!

I have one my life's worst experiences with Cradle N Palm. I have made a booking through the link on google maps (via zotel.ai portal). Since it was a last min booking, though I was a solo-traveler, I booked the container room for Rs. 3910/ night for 3 nights. I did not get any confirmation of any sorts after making payment. After 3-4 days of relentlessly trying to get in touch with them (phone, SMS, whatsapp, instagram), they responded saying the room is booked and gave me an alternative accommodation nearby. There was no official confirmation of that either. On reaching the stay, the other accommodation has no record of who I was and when I was coming. While the contact from Cradle and palms completely ignored my calls, the alternative accommodation gave me the smallest room at their facility. What the room didn't have - - River view - Wi-fi - Breakfast - Boating & Kayaking I definitely overpaid for my stay and did not get what I booked. In this uncertainty, I lost money over trying to get a confirmed reservation as I looked at alternative last minute reservations. Since they kept ignoring my calls and messages, it was tough to even get a proper resolution on my concerns.

I had an exceptional experience at this homestay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. I especially appreciated the personal touches and the warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing place, very spacious, can easily accommodate 10-15 people. There is a river flowing flowing just 1 min away from property. On request home made food is also available as per your liking (extra charges). We can opt for kayaking as well. Owner is very responsive regarding any queries. And the sit out made near river is very aesthetic and beautiful.
