Collection O Hotel Kalyani International

Kalyani is one of the budget-friendly and well located lodging options in Mulki. If you are there for a short surfing trip my recommendation would be to book a surf + hostel stay package with the school. But if those are booked out then Kalyani is one of the better options from the available choices. Keep your expectations bare minimum- you'll have a bed to sleep and a functioning washroom to freshen up. Don't expect a lot of facilities- carry your own towels, toiletries, blanket etc. Reasons for recommending Kalyani as a suitable backup option- 1. Well located- proximity to bus stand, auto stand, and market 2. Flexible with check-in/ check-out times. I checked in at 6 in the morning without any hassle. 3. Extremely helpful and polite staff. I sprained my leg on the third day of surfing and they were very helpful with my luggage and check out process. They do not have any online booking, but your surf school will be able to give you a local contact to make a telephonic booking.

Extremely Disappointed -- Would Not Recommend We recently stayed at Kalyani International, and it was one of the worst experiences we have had. The room and bathroom was very dirty when we arrived, and a strange smell that never went away. Room were full of mosquitoes. The staff seemed indifferent and barely responded. Lift were not working so had to go with luggage 2 floors. These guys need to do renovation.....Sad and

Worstest place even.. worst services..worst staff..rooms filled with ants ..smelling completly like smoke zone..even staffs are inconsiderate..owner is irresponsible.. honest review..never book this hotel If u r worries about hygiene.

A very Unique way - Entry to the main entrance is at a 30 degree slope so for old aged individuals will be a nightmare to enter the hotel.||Food fantastic. Very Nice polite Staff. Room not good at all, very smelly, Unclean toilet. There is no scheduled room cleaning per day but only on request by the guest. No complimentary breakfast. Not worth the amount you pay for such unclean room.

One of the worst & disgusting hotel. Right from shabby rooms, lack of sanitation, small dingy rooms with no ventilation but they do have the audacity to sell for Rs.1500 per day. Only one guy is there for reception, room service & delivering parcel.|Parcel food was a nightmare with low quality ingredients. |I will never recommend.

The rooms are very small and not maintained well. There toilet was not clean, the water taps were leaking and worst of all the AC water outlet was in the bathroom, so whenever the ac was on, water was constantly dripping. There was also no water purifier. So had to buy water. On the positive, the ac was working, with power backup and lift.

We stayed at Kalyani international for 2 days in Feb 2023. It's a decent place at a very reasonable price. It is at a very good location which is easily accessible to the bus stand and market. They have a restaurant and food was also very good. It's close to Bappanadu temple.

First thing first, I didn't want give any rating for this hotel because even 1 star for this is extremely high, but looks like it is a mandatory field. One of the worst experience that I have gone through booking this hotel. Looks like OYO as a company has lost its charm and forgotten the basics, customer satisfaction and Most importantly commitment. I had booked Kalyani international on 29th Dec at Mulki. I had received confirmation from OYO about this. Since I knew I was reaching late, I have called multiple times OYO customer care and informed about this. We reached at 11pm to Mulki and when we entered hotel, we were told no rooms available and all are sold out. No booking was done on my name. At reception, I was told "OYO does this always, they confirm the hotel to customer but never send intimation to hotel about it". I had argument with the reception, showed them the confirmation sms but nothing worked out. I called OYO customer care even they spoke to the hotel but couldn't get us room. I had one hour discussion with OYO customer care and ultimate suggestion from OYO representative to search any other OYO or NON-OYO hotels near by and check in... I am like.. What the Hell!! at 12:45am in the morning at unknown place you are asking me to search a place??!? ridiculous and height o f irresponsibility from OYO. They just couldn't NOT help me and literally we had to sleep on the street... literally. We could manage it since we are five friends but "OYO PLEASE THINK WHAT IF SOMEBODY TRAVELED WITH FAMILY BELIEVING YOU"
