I satay there one day on 25th Dec 2024, very bad experience. before one day i send my relative there to book one room, i discussed over the phone with reception person. he said you can come directly pay same day no need book room. when we reached with luggage, family and kids. hotel person increase the price they demanded more money than agreed price one day before. we didn't had choice finally we paid more money for stay. i recommend Don't book room there. They are cheater. Very unprofessional behavior.

Bills are not being provided. Initially they say that it will be provided but while checking out they give fake hand written bill with GST but not sure about it authenticity. I submitted to finance but say it's not original . Please be aware while using it

Not clean and bad behaviour from the staff. They will ask for extra money also. Don't take it here. I didn't stay here just checked the room only and left. If you have proof please show. They gave a review that I damaged there properly. These people are thieves only.

It's very very bad service and full of fraud..... I booked rooms for my relatives for December 21 night and later for 23 night also through phone at their reception...they confirmed and told u can pay money at property also, it's not compulsory to pay in advance...on 21 morning the owner/ manager called me and told ur rooms are sold out since you didn't pay in advance, I told what the reception told...then he told they don't know the things, it's not like that etc etc stupid stories.. and he asked me the double amount than first they said.. and he told to come.. after sometime I called again to confirm but reception or manager whomever I don't know told it's sold out.... it's the stupidity and nonsense at its maximum... now I understand the all comments about them in reviews are absolutely correct.....I am a doctor in Mangalore for 5 yrs and have seen many hotels...but seeing like this stupidity first time...so never ever no one should prefer this hotel to stay...if you don't get rooms sleep in railway station waiting room.. atleast you will be in peace

I experienced extremely rude behavior from the manager. Please avoid choosing this hotel. The management doesn't know how to treat customers. You'll find better options nearby, so I strongly recommend not staying here.

Their charges are different for person to person. Not fix rate. Also, they will not tell us charges, instead they will directly book the room. They will not ask whether we want Non AC or AC room, directly they will book for AC room. Services are poor. So would never recommend this hotel for anyone.

Worst behaviour of the staff and management they demand extra money if our check out time is increased in 1 hour I don't recommend this waste of money worst experience ever in my entire life
