Poorly maintained property... we booked this property on a Friday afternoon for the same night and we got room for our surprise... We now understand why this resort is not crowded... The only mistake we did is we did not check the reviews before making the advance... the owner claims there is breeze from the sea and there are no AC's in their rooms but the breeze is hardly enough for the kind of weather in coastal regions and not sure how people will manage with a fan making too much noise... I saw the owners response for a few bad reviews that the guests writing the review never stayed there... would suggest the owner to take the business seriously and improve it instead of having such a low standard facility... the low rated reviews here are very genuine... there no in house restaurant... food got from outside was substandard and even Rice not completely cooked... the good thing about this property is its location but we do get some really awesome properties very very nearby which are far better than this one... would suggest or visit this.properry if I do not have any other options at all... the rooms are very ordinary as well. It is not worth paying even 1k for the kind of facilities here

NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT. The location is really beautiful and peaceful. This is by the beach and since it's far from city, it's almost like a private beach. Only the people in the resort and a couple of neighbours will be found on the beach, but apart from that you can drink and enjoy however you want. But the room charge which is around 3k is not at all worth it. The amenities is almost like a Rs. 500 room in the city. You get a standard room with black cotton/local mattress, no mirrors, no cupboards, untidy bathroom and surprisingly, there's no AC or fan. The official website has all the pics of the beach and the resort from outside but there's no pics of the room itself. Now I know why. Giving it 2 starts just for the location.

I was very excited to go to this place as it looked beautiful from the pictures I saw. Honestly, the outdoor space is good, has spacious place to sit and spend time with your group and to click photos, is nearby the beach and it's clean as well. But, when it comes to the rooms, I was 100% not satisfied as it was not well maintained- rusted lock & keys, noisy & shaky ceiling fan, the switchboard does not have proper earthing and got electric shock twice, hot water was flowing very little from the tap, slow service and too much mosquitoes. I would recommend these resort people to charge less for these kind of rooms as your rooms are highly priced for the facilities you have provided.

Stayed here for 1 night to get away from the city. Gorgeous beach right next to property. Property is average with basic amenities. Rooms were spacious with a porch in front which was nice to laze around the evenings. No AC and TV available, which didn't bother us much for our stay. Food options are limited as well, though the manager on site will try to help with your needs. The approach road is narrow and not marked at all. So better to reach during day so you can ask for directions at the road side shops. Be careful if u are driving in a large SUV etc. The beach is really the star attraction of this place and doesn't disappoint. Service, facility cleanliness and food options can be improved. There is a security guard and some attendants available with the manager round the clock during out stay which was reassuring.

The only nice about this place is the beach which is clean and next to the resort. The rooms are overpriced and dirty. The food need to be ordered from outside and not worth the price. There are hidden charges about which one need to be careful before you book the rooms. The owner charges extra to visit the beach, as he thinks it is his private beach, which is NOT. Moreover he never mentions about this hidden charges when you book the room. There is a need for a clean room while you pay a stiff price, which I suppose the need of the hour. Think twice when you book the place. The only good about this place is the pristine beach next to this property.

Was prepared for worst after reading the latest reviews, hence I came prepared and it was not a cultural shock. But it would be a shock for sure if you come here with bare minimum expectations after paying a substantial amount. The property is good but everything is screaming for proper maintenance/upgradation of facilities. This is the stay for those who need bare minimum. Imagine a beach house of a friend who goes there once in year but the disappointment will be when you go there and pay for it. Anyway..it is good enough for a nights stay. The staff is sincere and courteous and collected my smartwatch which I forgot. The suggestion for the management is to have a good number of trained staff who usually know what customers expect. At present the experience is very far from convenience and for every little thing you have to ask and wait. This makes the ambience quite sad. Proximity to beach, huge barbeque area, cleanliness of linen and towels made me happy. Rodents on roof, heavily hard waters for bathing, rusted plumbing fittings were biggest turn offs. If given a chance, I can make this place a heaven..however, at present, it just lacks that intent from the management.

This is a wonderful location to relax away from the crowds.||The location is quiet, beaches are gorgeous, white sand with just a hand full of fishermen around.||Service is very caring and helpful and will arrange all you may require.||The resort itself is very nice, however rooms are very basic and cleanliness is amongst Indian standards. Don't expect an AC, however temperature was very manageable with roof ventilation. ||Reason to be there is total relax and a truly wonderful setting.||A bit hard to find and even more difficult to reach by phone - but worth the effort if you are expecting nothing but the sound of waves and associated views.

It's definitely a very peaceful state to have for the people who are willing to spend some time near beach. They have a private access to the beach and the best part is they it is not so crowded. You can spend some time with your family relax and be calm while listening to the waves sound. Negative point : This place specially is quite over rated when you compare it to the service provided by them.
