Super Collection O Hotel Nirvikalpa

By far, the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in my whole life. We were offered a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. When we entered the room, there were a few cockroaches running around. We checked the most important room, the bathroom had many more of them & the floor was stained & the mirror was so bad you just couldn't see yourself in it. We checked out another room but they had even more cockroaches so we decided to stay in the same room. We were just going to spend 2 nights as we were going to be out both the days so we made the worst decision of staying in the room with cockroaches around. By night when we got back to our room & went to sleep, I was constantly bitten by something I thought were mosquitoes & so I wokeup in the middle of the night & turned on the lights only to find BEDBUGS all around & on the bed. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! These are the most unhygienic conditions to live in. I will NEVER EVER come back to this property even if I'm offered a room for free, NO WAY. The staff of the hotel were a but helpful but it wasnt much a consolation as the hotel property in itself is an absolute disaster.

Rooms are ok But bathrooms are bit in worst condition. Fix that and if possible give some big rooms for that price mahn. Literally there is only one bed to sleep and one wardrobe that's it.no space only.

Horrible Experience - Misleading Photos and No Refund OYO Scamming people. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with OYO Rooms. My family and I were traveling and booked a room at "Super Collection O Nirvikalpa" through OYO. After a long journey, we arrived late at night to find the hotel in terrible condition--nothing like the photos shown online. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and I honestly wouldn't pay 1,000 for them, let alone the 5,000 I was charged for 3 rooms. We immediately canceled the booking and contacted OYO customer service for a refund. After explaining the situation multiple times, I was told that since I canceled the room myself, I was not eligible for a refund. Initially, I was promised a partial refund, but that offer was retracted, leaving me with no solution, no hotel room, and no way to recover my money. This is a classic case of OYO using misleading photos to attract customers and charging far more than what the rooms are actually worth. OYO needs to be held accountable for misleading its customers and offering poor service. I am extremely frustrated by the entire experience and will never use OYO again. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them.

Room are spacious enough ,but not at all maintained well.The room is not thoroughly cleaned; the bedsheets are stained and unwashed, and the bathroom is in a particularly unsanitary state, with noticeable dirt and grime. Overall, the level of cleanliness falls short of acceptable standards.

1. Brown water which smells like drainage water comes in the tap. House keeping guy admitted it's because of extremely dirty overhead tank which has not been cleaned in a long time. 2. Fungus in bathroom. Bathroom was stinking too. 3. Especially if you have children, they can get skin disease if they use the water here. Please be careful. 4. Extremely ill maintained property. It's a health hazard to visit this place. Please avoid at all costs.

One of the Worst experience ever in my life! Since we booked already through booking.com and We have arrived at 3am from Bangalore, they denied the entry by giving such stupid reasons like inter religion couples aren't allowed here because of local people,, and gave us suggestions to take two rooms and morning 8am we should check out and shouldn't tell anyone about our religion. In this case they should mention on their website at least,, all I wanna say that I never been across with this sort of hospitality and for their information; There is no law for inter religion staycation,, grow up guys you are at 21st century. A big NO to this place for the safety purpose.

One of the worst experience we had in this hotel. Firstly, the rooms were not cleaned. The stuffs like socks, tooth brushes and tongue cleaners from previous guests were left as it is. The rooms had really bad odour and the water tasted rusty and appeared very brown which was not eligible to be used for cleaning. The staff were rude when asked for any service. They don't give towels, soaps, tooth paste, until you ask. And Need to keep asking them multiple times. They won't cancel ur booking so think 100 times before booking this hotel. AC remotes won't work. TVs don't work. Getting this issues fixed and rooms cleaned itself takes half of ur time.

Please do not risk ruining your trip with this hotel. I booked multiple rooms and after taking a long train ride, one hour before arriving they are like sorry we cannot accommodate since we have water issues. Imagine a family of 8 people suddenly having nowhere to go. I don't know how they have 4 star rating on Google but I can tell you. It simply is not worth booking this property
