Sri Vinayaka Stay Malur

We had been to this place a couple of weeks ago, we faced multiple issues staying over there. It would be great if they could improve these coz most of the people would visit to different places on their work and if they don't get proper facilities in the rooms, it's not worth paying huge amount of money. We keep travelling and we haven't noticed these issues anywhere else. First of all, Door locks were not at all proper and we were literally scared coz anyone could peep into our room or what if they carry anything or anything might happen. We wouldn't be knowing, there is no security as well so anyone can enter the lodge easily. The pillows and bedsheets are smelling like anything, it's really awkward to use the rooms when the fundamental facilities aren't available. Same thing in bathrooms as well, no cleanliness, it was smelling. We had to stay there for almost a week, but due to this, we didn't stay there at all and had to packup and move to another lodge.

One of my family friends had stayed in these rooms, the feedback was really worse. We were planning to stay here , but after getting the feedback from them. I didn't feel that it's worth spending so much. Coz the washrooms were not at all clean itseems, it was smelling. No cleanliness in rooms. Our family friends came from such a long place and they didn't feel good staying there. The Price that they are charging for rooms is also much. But more than money, cleanliness is the fundamental thing which should be maintained.

Stayed here recently with family , nice staff ,well maintained and hygienic, definitely recommend nice service..

They charge 1400(including GST) for non AC rooms. No ceiling fan, wall mounted fan(not sufficient), no complimentary breakfast( even lesser tariff lodging places offer complimentary breakfast), no room service, no card payment(only cash and UPI), the door knobs are loose, bathroom fittings are old and stained..

Clean. Good location. Well planned. They only have to do 1 thing regularly is to get pest control done. I had small cockroaches in the room. The moment you turn off the lights they start crawling all over the floor. The management should consider this seriously.
