Worst service and very dirty rooms. The staff are not cooperative. The staff are not responsive to complaints and won't pick up phone calls directly from the room. We have to climb downstairs to the reception to raise our complaints.

1-One of the best location to stay like Malur area nice place to stay and special thanks to all reception staff take care very nice and behaviour was very good. 2-The hotel staff are incredibly prepared for welcome and assistant during our stay. 3-We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

This is the best mango plantation place we're resort & hotel is located till now this hotel & resort are well maintained in Mallur by RG groups. The RG hotel gives a 5 star experience from both food & rooms the rooms feel luxury & clean The taste of the food is very authentic & the staffs are friendly

The rooms are worst, the staffs will no support in case of any emergency. There will be no extra blanket or something else if u call late nights. The staff are not experienced in hotel management. The VP of the resort is twisted .

Nothing is the Only Facility Room Service: If you can serve yourself. Hot Water: Only if you wait long enough for the sun to heat the pipes. Cleanliness: A creative mix of dust and mystery stains. Staff: They exist, but only in spirit.

The place which is very peace....Overall we spend lot of time with our friends there....The way the receptionist treat that is excellent,which I seen in some other resorts...coming to Restaurant the service is next level

Good location and a huge place but not maintained well. Stinking rest rooms, tv not connected. Good food but service is very slow.
