Myself n family had a decent expectations wen we planned to visit sportico, post reading reviews. However it's not worth the value resort is quoted For day outing. Food was below average, some of small resort hv better food n varieties. No activity games except boating n zip line. No proper indoor games accessories. Hi team was also below average. Swimming pool was very big and my kids n myself really enjoyed. I am sharing this feedback for resort management to improve the quality. Finally the team n support staff were very good n helpfull.

Read the review carefully and read it full for real and honest review It's just looks beautiful but is a nightmare in quality of service and would humbly request to not get harassed like the way I got in this *THIRD CLASS* resort. * Utter waste of money and time. * Mental peace was totally damaged. * Ac not working in this scorching sun. * Had to wait a long time for the buggy for transportation. * water clogging. * When asked, staff is telling to adjust. Coming late for cleaning. * Manger wasn't available to clear out our problems. * No telephone for communication. * Zero trust on the words of all the members of resort. * Mannerless and zero accountability from the resort side. * No fans were provided in exhance for broken down AC's. No staff was present on the reception when needed and were getting heated up when stated our problems. Please save your money, time and mental peace and don't ever go to this resort.

Not Worth the Stay We recently visited and had a disappointing experience. One of the doors in our room wouldn't lock, and despite repeatedly calling the reception, no one was able to fix it. They kept saying someone would come to repair it "tomorrow," but that never happened during our stay. The food was just average -- nothing special. For the price we paid, the overall experience was not worth it. Even the games and activities required extra payment, which was frustrating considering the already high cost of staying. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they seriously improve their service and facilities

Fantastic Team Outing at "Sportico" We recently had the pleasure of visiting "Sportico" with my office team of 120 Pax, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Ambiance: 5/5 The resort's lush green surroundings, serene atmosphere, and beautifully landscaped gardens made for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Food: 5/5 The buffet spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The service staff were attentive and courteous. Activities: 5/5 The resort offered a range of exciting team-building activities, The staff ensured that everyone was engaged and having fun. Service: 5/5 The resort staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend "Sportico" for corporate team outings or family vacations. We're already planning our next visit! Kudos to Robin & team for creating memorable experiences! Staying at Spotico was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organized, and the support staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They catered to all our needs, ensuring that our family had a great time. The food was excellent, and the pool-view room was fantastic. We also enjoyed rain dance , which added to the fun experience. Overall, it's definitely a great place to relax and spend quality time. Would highly recommend it!

While the location might seem attractive depending on individual preferences, our experience during our visit on Sunday, 27th April 2025, was quite disappointing across almost every aspect -- especially in terms of service, facilities, and value for money. Firstly, the property clearly wasn't prepared to handle crowds. On the day we visited, they were simultaneously hosting a birthday event, a corporate outing, and a large family group of about 30 people. Transport within the resort became a major pain point -- distances between key areas like the lobby and outdoor play zone were long, walking under the sun wasn't practical, and waiting 20-25 minutes each way for a buggy meant we lost nearly 50 minutes just in transit. The indoor games area was another letdown. Despite promoting indoor activities, the space had no working air-conditioning. After repeated requests, staff attempted to switch it on after 15 minutes, but it failed, and no one bothered to check back. Worse, they shut the windows that guests had opened for ventilation, making the room unbearably stuffy. The indoor games themselves were poorly maintained -- chess and carrom sets were incomplete or broken, table tennis rackets were damaged, and the cue sticks for the snooker table were unusable. It was clear that maintenance and guest experience were not a priority. Lunch buffet and hi-tea were poorly managed as well. The food spread was very limited, several items were frequently out of stock, and there were long waits of up to 30 minutes even at the buffet counters. There was no separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and shockingly, not a single dish was labeled. The basic amenities were also very disappointing. There was no outdoor shower facility, and the changing rooms were unhygienic, with dirty floors, foul smell, only two poorly maintained shower cubicles, and no shelves or hooks to keep soaps, shampoos, or clothes. It felt like a lot of basic but important guest needs were overlooked in favor of cosmetic improvements that look good in photos but don't hold up in real experience. From a pricing perspective, the day package is extremely overpriced for what is offered. Many resorts in Bangalore offer much better facilities, more games, cleaner amenities, and better service -- at a significantly cheaper rate. The only positive is that the property has a large open space, and with serious attention from ownership, there is potential for improvement. However, as of today, the lack of preparedness, poor service, inadequate maintenance, and poor crowd management make it very hard to recommend. Until substantial improvements are made, I would strongly advise avoiding this place -- especially on weekends or crowded days.

Not a budget-friendly resort. The day-out package alone costs over 1700, and they charge extra for every game and activity, including soft drinks. The swimming pool was not clean, and the food was just average. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Before visiting, I called them and was promised details over WhatsApp, but they never sent any. I tried contacting them through 2-3 different numbers and faced the same issue. It seems they avoid sharing complete information upfront, possibly because most customers would cancel after seeing all the hidden charges. I tried kayaking, but even that was limited -- they stopped it after just one round. Most importantly, the prices displayed at the resort reception are lower than what they actually charge. Once you go inside for adventure games, they ask for additional payments, claiming GST charges.

Recently attended a wedding and the hotel management is worse than a local hotel. They don't even have basic courtesy to talk to guests. I was given the room at 6:30 where I waited for 4+ hours. This was the worst resort I ever went to in my whole life. Untrained, manner less staff. Ac not working in this scorching sun. No transportation facilities in this huge resort. Staff acting like the owner of the resort. I never write reviews but this called for a negative review. Please read this before tour visit
