Tulum Cottages

I had a very good experience at the tulum cottages! The place was clean, fresh-smelling, and very well-maintained -- definitely hygienic and comfortable. It felt more like a cozy retreat than just a place to stay. The owner was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay, not just before the payment. The room service was prompt and courteous -- always ready to help with a smile, even at odd hours. even the price is not higher than some other places, Yes it's totally worth it for the comfort, cleanliness, and service you receive. The pictures online are actually accurate, and the place looks even better in person. It's safe, peaceful, and perfect for families too.

Not worth the hard earned money..The location is the best thing about this resort but basic things missing in the cottages and not good for family for a hefty charges for the cottages. No wardrobes, no proper side tables, stinky rooms,bedsheets stained,AC not working properly, too much of power fluctuations and depends mainly on generators and many more.Nearby properties seems much better.The caretaker Prakash did his part well but the owner didn't bother to revert back to our issues raised while check-in itself.Bachelors/ Solo can consider because of the location. No food option nearby and you need to depend upon Swiggy ,Zomato all the time. In peak time restaurants will not take orders too.My suggestion look for a better and accessible place.

Don't go wid the Dormetry as well cottages,its completely smelly and unhygienic...even poor people house is better than these and owner talks very nicely till he gets paid off,even room service boy behaves like hell-he always refuses whatever help asks for,by saying can't do it now,its too late. and its most costlier than other cottages, nothing much there ... don't trap by seeing there pictures , visit in-person then decide and pay. #Notworthy #unhygine #GattarSmell #RudeBehaviour #Unprofessional #NotForFamily

This place was a complete disaster. Nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and was full of insects. The staff was rude and unhelpful. There was no proper service - no water, no cleaning, no working fan or AC. Everything was broken or dirty. Please don't waste your money here - you will regret it!

First thing is about the location, no one can complaint as one side backwater and backside Arabian Sea....and that's it, this is the only good reason one can think about this property.....apart from that it was the worst experience I ever had and that to I travelled with my family and friends...no basic services like food, room cleanliness, in this climate AC not working, inside room only bed and chairs , no wardrobe, nothing in bathroom to keep things etc etc..whatever you can think of....given 2points for service only for the help provided by caretaker, Prakash otherwise it not worth to give anything more, the way owner responded to our raised concerns....coming to the room price, it was too high, when we checked there were lots of other properties available with all the amenities with less and affordable prices....lastly my recommendation is to go through all recent customer feedbacks before looking into this property as it's a must NO for family trip...

A Slice of Paradise! Our stay at this resort was nothing short of magical! Nestled between a serene river at the front and a stunning beach at the back, this place truly offers the best of both worlds. Waking up to the sound of waves and the peaceful flow of the river was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply unbeatable--whether you want to relax by the beach or take in the tranquility of the river, it's all just steps away. The views are breathtaking, and the resort makes it easy to immerse yourself in nature. The rooms were beautifully maintained and spacious, with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the decor added to the charm of the place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with nature all around, this resort is a hidden gem. We'll definitely be back!

Disappointing stay. Though the location is good, cottages lack essentials--no wardrobes, stained bedsheets, and a bad smell. No nearby food; Swiggy/Zomato often fails during peak hours.

It's a great location. I was charged 30K for 2 nights and was hardly worth it... The room was not clean, bedsheets dirty, AC was barely working, water was not coming in shower properly, rooms smell terrible like gutter during night especially... Service was worser - we dont get coffee until 10AM.. we need to swiggy ourselves if required... I ordered my breakfast and coffee at the time I woke up during my stay... Hardly any hospitality... Had the experience of staying in a dorm or motel.. definitely not worth my 15K.. Highly not recommend..
