Bluebay Luxury Cottages & Lawns

Pros: Near Malpe Beach and spacious room for a couple. Cons: No room cleaning service, complimentary water bottle only for day 1 and charges for rest all days which has white cap ( processed water which is not good for drinking). No one to open gate of the property, guest has to open gate whenever they come and go out. This is normal cottage and nothing luxury in this. Won't recommend this for anyone who visit Udupi Malpe.

I recently stayed at this property with my family (15 members). They have total 4 rooms including suite. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Interior is good. Its walkable from Malpe beach. They have their own restaurant. Food quality is so great that all 4 days we ate in same restaurant and had variety of dishes.

Our bus reached early morning and we got the early checkin option for the additional cost.. Rooms were spacious and good, but not luxury as their name says.. Also the price was on a higher side for this room.. Service by the caretaker Umesh was excellent.. Special thanks to him..

Had a fantastic experience at the resort near the sea, where both the staying arrangement and service exceeded my expectations. The staying arrangement was excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The staff went above and beyond in delivering exceptional service, making my stay truly memorable. Overall, the combination of great accommodations and outstanding service contributed to a delightful and relaxing experience by the sea. Also the rooms were well maintained.

I was here for 3-4 day with my 15 member family. We had an amazing stay at Bluebay. This property is very close to Malpe beach. Rooms are nice and spacious. Room architecture is really nice. Staff is good & takes care of all our needs. Property has enough open space so can roam around or play games. Also they had attached restaurant 'Aquateria' which has delicious sea food. Generally, Non-veg / sea food restaurants doesn't serve good veg food but here, veg was equally delicious. Only thing if you wish to have breakfast, you need to tell them in advance. They will also help you in exploring nearby places & beach water activities. It was a pleasant trip.. Thanks to Bluebay!!

We as a couple stayed there for 4 days, it was a awesome experience. Caretaker is very friendly and the place is budget friendly. You can have a very good time there. It costs us around 4k per day exclusive tax.
