I strongly recommend this stay for family and friends and children. I stayed for 2 days in this beach house and the experience was top notch. The location of this house and the atmosphere was amazing. The take care guru was very friendly and responses we'll. This house is located between the river and the ocean. Completely the stay was amazing for 2 days.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! My family and I originally planned to stay for just one night but ended up extending it because the location was so beautiful. The two-bedroom house with AC facilities was perfect for our family of five-- clean, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and everything felt very comfortable and welcoming. Furthermore the property as a whole was very spacious with perfect sit out arrangements.q Overall, we were truly satisfied and will definitely plan on visiting again!

As the name suggests it's a beach front accommodation which has great hospitality to offer with a lovely beach in front and with a comfortable stay option. They have 2BHK house as well as 2 cottages. The house has a kitchen option with all the necessary equipment to cook yourself and 2 rooms have comfortable beds with air-conditioners. The hall has a dining table and sofa for family time. Whereas cottages offer more hotel kind of hospitality with a comfortable bed, AC, and a decent bathroom with personal geyser and basic toiletries. There is a huge outdoor area where you can spend quality time playing outdoor games or swinging to the breeze or having conversations on the outdoor tables. I really liked the openness of this property. The beach is less than 100m away during the low tide. And the distant islands & landscapes surrounding the beach makes this beach one of the beautiful beaches in this area and a perfect place for good photos. The sunset feels very calm here as the ocean isn't very rough. The hospitality was really good as the staff took good care of me from the point I checked in. They honoured all my little big requests with care and even got dinner from a distant restaurant at my request. I highly recommended this property for the family crowd as well as for couples for great beach side accommodation experience! -BeingBakasura

Very bad experience. Owner has no ethics.He confirmed availability of a cottage for 2 days. After checking in ,owner says the cottages are booked out and can accomodate for one night only. Please do not book if you are travelling with family and children especially. We thankfully had an alternative ready and therefore quickly exited the property.Caretaker of the property does not have any information about bookings.I will not recommend this place to anyone

We had an amazing time at Leela's Beach House! The beach view was stunning and so relaxing. My cousins and I truly enjoyed every moment, Highly recommend it for a fun and peaceful retreat!

I was looking for a property on the beach for a short vacation during Dec '24 and this place was just about right. The property is away from the busy Malpe town and ever crowded Malpe beach. Leela Beach House offers a great stay with minimal accessories and dont expect luxuries of a beach resort. This is a serene place overlooking the beach which is a minute's walk from the property. Clean, less crowded and tourist friendly white sandy beach you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view endlessly. Rooms are neat and the caretaker (Mohan) is friendly and welcoming. While the beach house does not have a restaurant, you can ask for dishes of your choice and the in house kitchen churns out the best cuisine. Malpe beach is about 3 Kms from this property and Udupi town is 7 Kms. There are plenty of restaurants in Udupi and Malpe beach. If you are lucky, you will spot peacocks wandering in this property early morning. Recommended stay for a long vacation with zero disturbance. Thank you Leela beach house!

Can't Trust these people. We called around 11am asking if Accomodation was available for 2 days. The owner confirmed it's available. We reached around 1:30pm spoke to the owner again on costing, checked in to room & then the owner calls and says it's available only for 1 day. By that time we had even changed & settled. Totally disappointed, we vacated. We wasted our 2 hours with this unprofessional place.
