HIS GRACE BEACH VILLA

The location is awesome with a beach view. The only issue is no food served in the cottage. Restaurants available around 2kms

I have never visited the property nor do I intend to visit because the call with the owner was extremely volatile. He has listed his property as a pet friendly property but engages in discriminatory practices. He said he only allows some breeds because the smell of other breeds does not go. When I told him I have an indie and a beagle he said Indies fight with other Indies. This only goes on to show how ignorant and misinformed the person is. He has simply listed his property as pet friendly and then discriminating on the basis of breed and frankly it's disgusting. Go educate yourself.

Close to the beach, and fairly good atmosphere. Took the entire villa for 3 nights for a family outing, unfortunately only the 3 rooms had A/C. The living room and the dinning didn't have A/C , this was very inconvenient. Of course the shower didn't respond in 1 bathroom nor did the care taker knew what to do....

One of the best home stay in udupi.we stayed here for 10 nights with family .This place is clean, peaceful and the best to stay for solo traveling , families and groups .the place is totally safe and secure.very lage house and safe car parking.very near to the city centre.Nice people Mr.oneil Dsouza and Mrs.priti Dsouza.

My brother and family stayed in their holiday home in February. The owners of the property had said if they ( my brother) suggested or refered others the guest would get a discount. We booked the sea side cottage and when asked for the discount... the lady said she didn't interact with me... I had spoken to her husband, Mr. D'Souza... So no discount..... The food was good and the service was also good. This time we were 9 (nine) people (family). The complimentary breakfast was from a hotel. The owner lady said she does not use maida, the breakfast on 19:12:2023 had maida poori, idli and accompaniments from a hotel. Not home cooked as mentioned. The location was good. The kids enjoyed the walk from the room to the beach. The rooms were ok ok... We wanted some food from a hotel in Udupi town... 18 th night the room boy obliged.... But on 19 th night he refused to get anything from a hotel from Udupi town. Reason... The owner will not allow... 18 th night they allowed I guess. All said and done... It was an average time experience. Nothing special. Sorry to say.

Came with lot of expectations but it wasn't how i thought. There is no a/c remote provided by them. The room environment is very uncomfortable and can't sleep at all. The a/c doesn't work properly. Its like a haunted house. Kindly do not visit this villa, i repeat do not. They have mentioned in the maps that it's very near to the beach but it isn't. It's in a distance where beach view is covered with trees. They asked to pay 5k but it wasn't worth the money at all!

Property owner was very friendly and was polite. Fully furnished independent villa with all the facilities inside is a good thing for the price given. There is no disturbance from neighbors since it is the only villa there so one can have in house party all night without interruption. Best part is this property is close to Malpe beach. One can go for sunset/sunrise walk. I would definitely visit here in my future vacations as well and recommend people to visit here.

We're a family of 5 adults, we stayed at this property in February for 2 nights. We had an amazing experience! Our hosts Oneil and Preeti were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Our breakfast was delicious and was provided on time. Preeti is an expert cook, she prepared an excellent dinner for us, typical local cuisine which we enjoyed thoroughly. The beach is exactly in front of the cottages. We enjoyed the sunset and our early morning walk on the beach. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. Caretakers were very helpful, always smiling! They made us tea when we asked for it. Our hosts even booked cabs for us when we were leaving the cottage. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back next year for sure.
