Decent place but scammy people. We walked into the place without prior reservations. We had called to confirm but nobody picked our calls, we saw that there were rooms available on MMT so we thought - instead of booking online, we could do so in-person. At the reception we asked for the price and they quoted almost double the price it was showing online, when we confronted he basically denied to provide us rooms at that price, we told him that we could still book it on MMT so it didnt make sense not to give us rooms at that price. In the meantime the owner increased the prices on MMT from his end and now started pressuring us to book at their rates or pay on the spot, either way it was their increased rates. We denied and walked out. But then they called us back and offered us the rooms at the price we showed earlier. The whole ordeal was unnecessary. We wanted to help the business by saving their commission, but they ended f-ing up with us. Lesson learnt i guess. That apart, the rooms were decent, AC was semi-functional, room service was ok. Wouldn't really recommend the place overall.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Jan 2025. Rooms are decent. Service is average. There is no room service. Tv was not working. Had to request water bottles every day. 3 kms from Malpe Beach. Overall decent hotel.

Families and couple should avoid this place. Rooms are okayish but service is not upto mark at all, they are not interested in hosting guests, they are mostly focussed on the bar which give kind of creepy vibes.

It's in the interior of Udupi and not a lot of people know about this. We had ordered a Pepper chicken South Indian variant. We got served pepper chicken which tastes and look like Batate ambade. Raja special is a very good munchkin to start your sitting.

Super interior showroom and clothes are good . But rates compare to geetanjli some rates very high. U r giving gift is not good. Parking is poor

Not worth it. Location is great. But somehow as a family we didn't get what we needed.

They don't give you invoice, the guys in the front desk are unorganised. They cancel your booking if you have come through an app. food comes from outside. Their main focus is the bar, they have one hardworking room boy who runs around to serve everyone. Since the rooms are all new, facilities in the room are good.place is at a drivable distance from malpe beach.

Top place for staying a day or two. Nice room service and good rooms.
