Beautiful homestay, close to stunning beaches. Next beach is walkable distance, and feels like a private empty beach. Very clean property and safe place to stay. Additionally help was provided in anything we needed. Some shops and restaurant just nextodoor. Prices are affordable and communication is easy. Thank you!

Great homestay with most of the essentials available. Great ambience within the property. Parking space also very spacious. Service also very good. Best place when looking for a homestay. Beach is also very near to the homestay. Most of the necessities also available nearby.

It was a great experience. We spent a week there. The owner and caretaker were really helpful. Newly built property with neat and clean rooms gives good vibes.

We had a 3 days stay at costa 2 ac bedroom hall washroom accomodation and had a great experience of comfortable stay with affordable price. Place was clean ,close to malpe beach (1.3) km. The owner was very cooperative and caretaker was very helpful with getting the vehicle arranged for our daily commute.

Wonderful homestay, near to sea makes it a perfect stay. Very good service , the caretaker is akways available and is very responsive . Overall lovely stay .

We loved the stay at the property, the care taker Mr.Karunakar is really awesome guy and very helpful. The owner has quick and very immediate response to anything. While booking we filled the form on website and immediately got the call from the owner. The property is filled with resources like 24*7 electricity,water purifier, refrigerator,ac comfortable beds, towels, etc and it feels like complete home. The location is also serene. In the morning one can see peacocks. The property has easy access to beauty parlour for women, fast foods and a general store as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming here.
