Vijayshree Resort, Hampi

The service was good. The food service was amazing. Bharat, Nayan, Balveer and Paras sir were amazing. They made our lunch experience even more special and memorable. Overall ambiance is good. We had great family time. We had lots of fun at the pool

Chef Bharat cooked excellent food. The staff was really cooperative and caring. Susan Ranjana Priya all were were cooperative and happy to serve us. The overall experience was excellent. The bell boys and buggi system was a joy for kids and also to the grown ups. The landscapes are worth a watch and a place to visit for sir

My stay at Vijayshree Resort & Heritage Village was truly a delightful experience. The warm hospitality of the staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and eager to help, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The resort's commitment to a vegetarian, non-smoking, and alcohol-free environment was refreshing and added a unique touch to the experience. The food was wholesome, delicious, and catered to a variety of tastes. I especially appreciated the cultural ambiance and the traditional architecture that made me feel connected to the heritage of Hampi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The serene surroundings, along with the beautiful landscaping and peaceful environment, made it a perfect place to unwind. Whether you're visiting Hampi for its historical significance or just seeking a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend Vijayshree Resort. Stayed for two nights. Location is great as we were visiting Hampi. The hotel is built on a palace style and is cosy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lalan in housekeeping who met all our housekeeping demands late night. Had an excellent and delicious Thali at Manawar Restaurant. Hosted by Balvir Singh in true Rajasthani style and spirit. Chefs Bharat and Basavraj were also present to meet the guests. The menu was elaborate comprising of cuisines from Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and South India. Enjoyed the experience and we could not say no to extra servings with Balvir as a host .

Our experience at this property was disappointing on multiple fronts. ACs were not working in any common areas--including reception, restaurant, and activity room--even in peak summer heat. We received no welcome or assistance at check-in despite arriving early. We were assigned a small room (claimed to be a studio), not the cottage we had booked, due to electricity issues. Worse, we got locked out of the room multiple times, and even after being out for 4-5 hours, the issue remained unresolved. Staff clearly didn't care. The resort is seriously understaffed. Only Yusuf from the front desk and Ranjana in the restaurant tried their best--kudos to them--but it wasn't enough to compensate for poor management. Ranjana was handling 6-7 families all by herself. The Club Mahindra rep, Karthik, was of no help--more interested in defending the resort than in member satisfaction. This is not the experience Club Mahindra promises. Would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made in both hospitality and infrastructure.

We had a great experience at Vijayashree. We stayed at Heritage Kutiya. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Great service. Very impressive property. The food at the restaurant is superb, very tasty. Veg pulav was our favorite for the 4 nights we stayed. The restaurant staff (Bharat, Susan, Ranjana, Neetu, Ranjan) was very helpful and kind. The buggy service is great and the buggy staff was super helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

This resort is situated in the main city. Very beautiful and scenic. Food prepared by chef Bharat kumar and Manjunath was absolutely delicious. Buffet variety was good and service provided by Bhaskar and Ranjana was also good. Both were polite and helpful. This property is a must visit.
