PALACE GARDEN RESORT

I had a wonderful experience at Palace Garden Resort. The hospitality was truly commendable, and the property itself is very large and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to the hotel management staff, Preema, Punith, and Prakash, who were extremely helpful and polite throughout the stay. The restaurant service and food were absolutely top-notch - every meal was a delight. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for my birthday celebration with my group of friends and we had a blast. We got the whole villa at a great price. This property is very beautiful and a great place to click lots of photos. Many couples come to this resort for their pre wedding photo shoot. The food here was also tasty and the staffs were very friendly. Will definitely visit this place again in future.

Recently visited Udupi with friends & family, had very wonderful experience, accommodation was nice and staff was helpful especially Mr.Prakash Shetty helped us to switch the room at 1am midnight since AC was not working & Ms.Preema was very helpful and managed things swifly since we decided to extend our stay and rooms were not available she was able to provide a solution which worked out well for us as an IATA-UFTAA travel agent I am really pleased with the hospitality. Even though I liked it individually but want to highlight a red flag that there is a snake nearby the pond so you have to be careful while crossing the pond while visiting the campfire site especially with the children I nearly walked over it while I was crossing the pond to get to the other side where my wife and daughter were clicking photographs I didn't freaked out because I understand that property is hugh and with lush green it is expected to have them around.

I recently stayed at Palace garden resort, overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning - nestled in beautiful surroundings, which made for a peaceful and scenic getaway. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering all the necessary amenities and a great view. The staff was courteous, willing to help with any requests. But they seemed like less attentive and disinterested in the work! The on-site dining options were good, with a decent variety of dishes to choose from, though a bit more local flavor on the menu would have been a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing break with great hospitality and beautiful views. I'm looking forward to visiting again!.

My daughter's wedding was held at Palace Garden on 12.01.2025. We had comfortable stay and Groom's Side guests liked the location very much. All our functions went off very well without any destruction. All the staff members were cooperative and helpful especially Ms. Preema Dsa; was incredible helping us in every matter. Palace Garden is suitable for every functions. Having large open area and big parking area. But I feel that they should increase their in house accommodation facility atleast for 200 members.

nothing is there to see.Delayed services.waiting since half an hour for the repair of room AC yet no one came for.Better to find a good chef.Food not baked properly.no taste too.It is a worst place for kids.no recreation/games(outdoor or indoor) facility.no maintainance.only suitable for(worst taste )couples to take snaps.Disgusting.......

It was very good. enjoyed it.good time to spend with friends and family.it has very good parking place and open auditorium and with natural waterfalls and fish within the riverside has tree house and camp fire with full of green environment. Has AC room . Has some old traditions wood work and old bike and car for the photo shoot.there is lot more to explore. The surrounding around is smelly and stinky and washroom has same condition.
