A great Homely place to stop over relax and move to your next destination. On the Highway just few mtrs before KA & Goa boarder. A specious 2bhk house with Ac, TV, Sofa, Dining Table all equipped inside the flat. We Had our breakfast at there in-house kitchen, a healthy homely food. Dinner we drove to near by restaurant as recommended by the hotelier ( villagers crown ) close by to hotel. We where amazed with the quality. A support staff at the property named Mahesh is very helpful and kind person. Overall it was a great experience At Svasthi Homes. Would definitely recommend the property to all.

We booked stay via agoda. We called the property multiple times to confirm our booking. Upon reaching the property: - We were informed that none of the rooms have AC though it was listed as "all AC rooms" under agoda - there was no Reception or guard. Upon calling the number provided, the owner picked up and sent someone who told us he was the guard. He wasn't at the property and came via scooty from somewhere - before checking us in, the guard checked the amount we had paid and decided that we did not deserve any room but the non ac rooms on the highway - all rooms available are highway facing with zero security measures. The doors to these rooms are flimsy panel boards. Highly unsafe for families. - We requested for a paid upgrade which the owner agreed to first, then spoke to the guard and decided not to give us any options. The guard was very rude and did not talk to us either. They forwarded my number to someone who posed as a representative from "oyo" (again, not related to the booking) - the "oyo person" told us we had to take that room or move out as there were no upgradation options All in all, it's a highway brothel with shady operations and no security. Not recommended.

Rooms are very good. But other services were not available. Though it is located on the highway, it's far from both city and beach. But we had comfortable stay. Beds could have been better.

Pros- Budget friendly, near to tilmati beach, pleanty of parking, breakfast was good, service by staff. Cons- Bathtub had a rusted material. Sometimes, vehicle noise from highway. Karwar city is 5km away so have to travel to city for any food. However, zomato is available, and staff can also help in getting food at extra cost.

The place is decent and food facility is limited with timings. It's good for one or two night stay. You can rent either a room or full house with multiple options being available. Service staff is cordial.
