Sadashivgad Fort Resort By Jungle Lodges

One of the best resorts i visited in Karwar. Rooms are clean and well maintained. This place is situated on top of a hill and has a good view of the Kali river. Service is exceptional. The food tasted very good. We have to visit Debagh beach resort for buffet lunch and Dinner.

Awesome experience we totally enjoyed the stay. First of all the location is superb as most of the rooms give the view of the mighty Kali river joining the majestic Arabian sea. We were lucky to get room no 12,as this room has the most beautiful view. Food was homely as is always the case with Jungle Lodges. The hospitality was top notch, staff were very courteous and helpful. Do visit this place if you are a nature lover and that too in the monsoon to witness the magic For those interested in activities as a part of the vacation, they take you to their nearby Devbagh resort. Here there are some water sports available but they are chargeable and not included in the package.

Wonderful location atop a hillock providing a breathtaking view of the Kali river meeting the sea. What makes it even more worthy is the historic backdrop of a fort nestling in the lush green forest alongside the beautiful green-hued Kali waters. The entire staff were very courteous and helpful. Manager Dinesh deserves a special mention for being efficient, friendly and was very flexible in providing all the arrangements needed. The only thing that needs to be taken care of is jungle lodge's own shuttling arrangements between Devbagh and Sadashivaghad resorts as the roads between them are too narrow and a little risky (a Jeep would be a better idea) to drive on our own. What added value to our experience was a boat trip to the boardwalk which took us to the rarely found mangrove forests.

old fort with signs of past like old canons in campus and on top of hill provides breathtaking view, especially on full moon night when it reflects in river next to it. Most of the food and activities are provided at devbsgh beach, so overall in one stay it provides experience of two resort properties.

The place and view from the resort is amazing and the staff is so polite and really helpful. Our experience with this resort is really great. While playing we actually lost the watch into the steep slope wherein there were too many trees and we cannot able to find the watch. Even staff also tried very hardly but they also can't. However, Mr. DINESH manager of the resort assured that we will find it and will courier you and yeah they did it. I really love the resort and the staff particularly Mr. Dinesh and his team. Love to visit this resort again very soon.
