Pros: 1. Location is fantastic. 2. Staff is very friendly and supportive. 3. Food was good and staff take better care for family members specially kids requirements. Cons: 1. Non AC rooms are not well maintained, had visited with family during New year season still rooms not to the mark. 2. Lot of electricity issues, load bearing capacity is not proper. Fans doesn't work properly specially during night when there is high humidity. 3. Non AC rooms are not suggested for family stay.

The room was not cleaned.Small ants biten my small baby. Not suggested for families. Its so much hot and electricity fluctuation. The person who was looking after that place was drunk.

Worst and third class. There's nothing like the photos on Google. It's in a remote place in front of an unregulated beach. I don't suggest it for families. It looks like the place is made for wrong things. Moreover, there is no board saying "ocean Paradise beach home stay" instead it says some shitty restaurant's name.

Booked this place during my solo ride to karwar on 23rd dec. Amazing location on the beach with the view of several islands. Goa is just 10 min by road and Murudeshwar 2hrs, i rode to both places. They recently opened the restaurant hence I was little hesitant to order the food from there. But the cook was amazing and i eneded up having the dinner (seafood)from the property on all the days. Great staff and they were very helpful. If your travelling with friends this is a perfect place. Cons- Not ideal for family. As the property needs some more work within the room and outdoor.

Seriously unprofessional staff and management! I'd booked two rooms, paid in full fifteen days prior, and they gave them away! I had to scramble to find somewhere else at the last minute. Skip this place; the location feels sketchy, too.

One of the best home stay in Karwar,with in front beach access and good food served every time.Best rooms with car parking and hot water.

It is in a very peaceful location.Services is great.very polite and helpful staff. Food are delicious.i like this place too much
