Yesh Comforts Madikeri

Some facts about the lodging we experienced on Feb'2025 (1) The room is shown to you and the room payment is taken for the number of days you stay in cash and no online facility available. (2) Once you enter the room you notice the TV, AC, Fan is not working and while you ask to cancel the booking the boys on the reception say the amount is settled (the cash which was given 20min back). (3) Whole night a boys group at the reception stay awake with noise and foot voices keeping you awake as well. (4) The room which is once shown you clean, actually the bedsheets and pillows are greasy and dark from within, the toilet shown from room entrance is leaky and stinky. (5) While you enter the reception there is water purifier which then said does not work and you need to take water from outside which is again extra cost. Better you stay at Madikeri Bus Stop than staying in a hotel like Yesh Comforts.

Property owner mohan over charged us as we were tourist.(3300 per room per day). Fan regulator was broken Washroom was also subpar. Owner ignored our calls too. Reception guy refused to bring luggage to ground floor at checkout saying back pain but he was looking fit. At check in no one to pick up luggage to room Room on 2nd floor and we had to carry it. I booked for 3 people, they said that they would provide extra mattress but on 1st day they provided like 2 inch thick worthless mattress with big hole On 2nd day they give proper mattress. Owner avoided meeting with me and lied he is out of station but I had seen him near hotel only.
