My one day at this property was very pleasant. The plants near the entrance is a sight of refreshment. Dinner menu is expensive but taste is good. Breakfast spread is decent for this price point. Minor down side : Evening tea/ coffee could be provided free of charges, morning tea/coffee is only provided at 8am along with breakfast and not before that. Room that I stayed in was very spacious but felt a bit old especially with the fan switches and geyser - had to seek help from the management.

Beautiful location, nice garden |Nice family room but with hard mattress. The single bed offered was noisy with each movement and so hard. |Filtered water was available instead of bottled water (non Indians always opt for bottled water)|Very limited buffet for breakfast, we were served and not encouraged to self serve|Omelette, which is a basic item for breakfast, wasn't included. If ordered, then paid additional. |My elderly parents were placed on the second floor and no lift was available
Stay is good, outside food is not allowed, you need to order food in the hotel, it's really tasty, you will feel it like home food. A complimentary breakfast is simple but very tasty. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
The hotel is nice with great views, clean rooms, and ample parking space. Hot water is available all day, and they provide complimentary tea, coffee, and sachets. Our weekday stay cost 3,400, and the experience felt premium. The complimentary veg buffet had good variety and taste, with eggs & fresh juices available on order.
One thing that stands out is the location. Bang off the main highway about 100mts and a very picturesque place. On the way to Abbi falls and next to a good coffee shop, this place has good ambience and home feel. Home cooked food is good when you order and a decent breakfast albeit small spread. Courteous staff and well maintained property. Overall a decent stay
We enjoyed our stay here. It's located slight away from the main city. But rooms are spacious. Food was yummy. Good for family stay.. safe and nice. Breakfast was delicious .
Nice spacious rooms. Cleanliness was really good. Location of the hotel is really nice.. Very calm and quiet. No sound of ACs also because there are no rooms with AC here. There are no lifts so walking up stairs is a must. Not good for senior citizens. . Breakfast menu does not have much options. Don't order Potato Bhajji by mistake... Those were horrible. And also don't order Chinese spring rolls. They don't know how to prepare that dish... When I ordered one.. They gave me bread rolls deep fried. There is a adjacent cafe called BiG CUP which has good variety of pizzaz, pastas, and coffeees. Nice ambience and nice place to hang out. All in all... For peace loving people...it is a very good hotel. 5.5k per night (for 3 adults) In March 2025
Excellent stay away from hustle bustle of the busy city of Madikeri. Awesome hospitality and tasty cakes... Trech leches and chocolate truffles is the best thing to eat
