We have booked regalia comfort, madikeri. As the owner of the property was living in kerala, only 2 young person was managing whole property. They were totally uninterested in solving any queries. There were no lift in the hotel, no airconditioner, room was not kept in proper order, one panel of bathroom door was broken. There was no shelf,or stand near washbasin where we can keep our brush, paste etc. The breakfast was not good in taste. I'm traveling since last 35 years but have not seen such unprofessional behavior in hospitality business. We have to leave early on check out day, we requested them to provide us with atleast tea and bread butter, but they promptly refused to do so.

One of the Worst room in madikeri. If you are really desparate and are not getting any hotel in whole madikeri then please choose this hotel. There is no AC in any of the rooms in the whole building. And no AC in the Hotel Regalia Grand which near to this hotel as well. And this time the it was very hot here in madikeri. No direct hot water line present, geyser were not working. TVs were not working. Booked 2 rooms for 5000 for one day. Fans were not placed above the bed but instead placed in the empty place not sure for why even bothered to have fans in the rooms. Asked to change the rooms for extra money but they didn't give it even though they had better rooms available. Asking for 3000 - 4000 extra.

Awesome stay in here was amazed with the rooms the facilities. The staff and the manager where really helpful morning breakfast was awesome all in all loved this place and will definitely visit this again and again

Its completely safe and bestest hotel in Coorg Madikeri City. All Veg Hotels are nearby walkable distance 500 meters . I had a very pleasant stay for 2 Nights and breakfast was superb. Worth the stay . Perfect for couples as well . Entire Coorg Madikeri is accessible even by walk , as Hotel in center of Madikeri .

Nice stay.good ambiance neet and hygienic rooms.. Staff are frendly. Morning break fast are avilbale.. I will sugest this property
