Good location. Plenty parking space. Reception area is small but room is clean and nice and fairly spacious. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was good. Basic amenities including kettle and tea sachets provided. Value for money stay. Worth staying.

Not had a pleasant Stay.Stayed over there for 2 Nights. Took 30 minutes to wait for a hot water to took bath.Heater facility was not upto the mark.Have to call the reception and they will connect the cylinder and after 30 mins we will get a mild warm water.It grabbed a time delay of 45 mins to 1 hour in my schedule in each day .Reception service needs to be improved. Manger is taking the responsibility and took his best efforts to solve the issues. Try to take action and make the property suitable for the upcoming guests.

The room was very clean and neatly maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the standout features is the ample parking space available on the premises--something that's not always easy to find in city locations. Additionally, the property has a lovely restaurant that serves authentic Coorg cuisine, offering a great opportunity to enjoy the local flavors without having to step out. The overall rating is 1.5 out of 5. The room we stayed in was odd shaped, lacked ventilation, dingy and dark. It was also hot. By the way they don't have AC as well in the property. The bathroom was tiny and like a matchbox. I havent seen such tiny bathroom ever. For 4500 per night the room is a ripoff. Also they don't have parking during the day as ther is a shop down in the same area which creates a ruckus if you park your car. During the night it's ok as the shop closed.at 9pm The only thing decent at the property was their breakfast which was good.

Very comforting stay. They provide early breakfast which was very delicious. Also staff is very helpful . Specially the owner is very kind and extremely helpful. Honestly he helped us a lot. I highly highly recommend you to stay here as location is also perfect within the city . So it's safe during nighttime.

Good budget hotel walking distance from Raja seat garden. Spacious room. Downstairs coorg masala, chocolate wholesale shop. Breakfast is limited, no lift and AC doesn't work.

I had an overall average stay at Treebo Elite Plaza. One major downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator. We had booked a deluxe room, which was on the top floor, but due to a medical condition and the absence of a lift, we had to shift to a standard room on a lower floor. The hotel should clearly mention the lack of lift while booking. The standard room was okay in terms of space, but the bathroom had a bad smell. Also, the bedsheet was dirty when we arrived, so I had to get it changed. The service person actively respond. Food is another area where the hotel falls short. There's no in-house restaurant. They provide a complimentary breakfast, which seems to be ordered from outside (mostly idli or dosa), and if you come a bit late, you're likely to get it cold. For lunch and dinner, you'll have to rely on Swiggy or Zomato for delivery. On the plus side, the location is decent. It's not too far from Raja's Seat, and autos are easily available from here to go anywhere around Madikeri. Overall, average and manageable stay, but the hotel definitely needs to improve on cleanliness, accessibility, and food service.

Posting an honest unbiased review. On the upside, the rooms are spacious but have no balconies and don't offer any views. Rooms are equipped with air conditioners, however the local weather is so chilled that you rather don't use it. Rooms are well furnished and have a pleasant feel. The location is great and close to local tourist sites. However public transport and convinience stores are absent in the immediate vicinity of the premise Service is above average. They offer to help and resolve any concerns .On the downside, parking is a challenge as there are limited slots. However, the staff does offer support to manage parking. The hotel does not have a restaurant and Hence no room service. Breakfast is arranged from a nearby restaurant.
