Don't Be Fooled by the View. This place doesn't even deserve a 2-3 star rating -- it's more like a zero-star hotel. Apart from the view, there's really nothing good about it. The rooms are poorly maintained and barely cleaned. Bathroom taps didn't work properly in any of the rooms we booked. The sliding doors wouldn't lock, which made us feel unsafe. The food was extremely disappointing. I usually love South Indian cuisine, but their breakfast was the worst I've had in the past five years -- even roadside stalls serve better meals. Definitely not recommended.

We have stayed there for 3 days and we feel this was the best location to stay in Coorg! Beautiful view from the room as we booked valley view, but most of the amenities were on request which we got to know upon check out but what's mentioned online, they should write -on request so that one doesn't think that it will be available in the room like iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Best things: View, Location and staff. The staff is really good, they do try to help you to make your stay comfortable especially, Sujay and Jagdeesh-these guys are polite, professional and hard working. Suggestion: 1.All the amenities are there online, we feel that it would be provided in the room like other hotels but if it's on request, please mention it online as we make a booking after going through all these details 2.The breakfast should improve, you may add a few more variety other than South Indian as you have guests all over India so you can set a menu accordingly, we felt it was repetitive 3.Food taste was average for the money we paid, even after informing, we couldn't find any difference 4.Service is a little slow at times as we had to remind for certain things (Basic amenities like toilet roll, water bottle refilling and tea coffee amenities, dusting) 5. There's no wardrobe in the room 6. Bed linen and towels had stain which we got changed post arrival, we suggest that one should check all these thoroughly prior to the arrival to avoid inconvenience as we had travelled a long way and we were exhausted but because of this, we had to wait for some time to take rest. 7. The lady who picks the call on reservation (Google) number, she is always clueless as we tried to confirm our booking thrice before leaving and we have shared all the information via message, still there was no response and she didn't bother to reply and every time she kept asking for all the details which was already shared. Once it happened that she sounded rude and disconnected the call when I tried to explain about my booking. Please train her properly on how to interact with the customers and be polite. 8. We found hair and dust on the floor post arrival which we got cleaned 9. Please check for all the aspects before allotting a room to the guest as it's not the guest's job to come and ask for each n every basic thing as they may be exhausted. Hope you take it seriously and work on it as we may visit in future and would be happy to see the difference once we arrive. Thank you team for helping us during our stay. Great location! 1. Hotel is in reachable location to all the places. 2. Rooms are just like any other average budget hotel rooms. 3. FOOD IS PATHETIC, DO NOT TAKE RISK TO HAVE FREE BREAKFAST. DOGS CAN NOT even EAT THAT FOOD. 4. IF YOU IGNORE IT THEN YOU WILL SUFFER. 5. Found cocroaches in bathroom. 6. The hotel is in valley side so views are good if you compromise on other things.

I visited this property to celebrate my mother's birthday they didn't skip a single opportunity to make my mother special their sweet gesture's like..the team was waiting at the restaurant to wish her at the brekfast time a surprise towel art at the room made the day memorable. Erly Morning view from the hotel terrace is truly mesmerising it's nothing less then a viewpoint. Was a very pleasant stay in this new place I visited in coorg. Most appropriate considering the location, proximity from the town, ambience, scenic beauty, hospitality of the staffs and reception and overall the nominal charges. Have been sharing the property details with my friends and colleagues and definitely would want to visit again. Room C1 & C2, date 14th to 18th April.

We stayed for one night. The location is undoubtedly superb--mesmerising views with no doubt--but a few issues occurred during our stay: 1. The breakfast was not very impressive. 2. We ordered dinner in the room, but it was delivered uncovered. We called the reception for cleaning, but no one came. 3. The electricity kept going on and off repeatedly. In the morning, when we plugged in the hair dryer, the power went off completely. We were then shifted to another room, which caused a delay and we missed our plans. 4. The shower tap in the bathroom was not working. 5. The A.C. was not functioning properly, especially considering we visited in May. Overall, while the location and views were amazing, the food was average and the service and facilities could be improved.

This place is very near to the bustling Madekiri town , yet it is nestled in a serene, blissful mountains. The major plus point is the view from the rooms balcony... Food is good. Only con that I felt was the breakfast, they don't have much of varieties to choose from.

Had a wonderful stay. Amazing view of the valley from the balcony where you can enjoy a quiet sunset with your loved ones while enjoying a warm cup of Coorg coffee. Staffs are cordial and efficient. Food is also good. Service is good. Calm and cozy place to relax. A surprise check-out gift from the hotel was the perfect ending to an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend to all.
