Prashanthi Resort

I stayed at Prashanthi Resorts for two days during my holiday trip. Overall, it was a mixed experience with a few highlights and some areas that need improvement. Pros: Food & Dining: The dinner I ordered was delicious. The quality and taste of the food were impressive Scenic Views: The resort offers a superb hill view, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere Parking Facility: They have their own parking area, which is convenient for guests traveling by car Campfire: A campfire is organized in the evenings. However, it's a shared activity, so you'll need to join others staying at the resort Complimentary Breakfast: The breakfast provided as part of the stay was limited in variety, but it tasted good. Cons: Promised Amenities: The resort had advertised a rain dance and a kids' play area, but these were not as expected. The rain dance setup and the play area felt more like a joke than real facilities. Overall Experience: The resort has potential, especially with its scenic location and decent food. However, some of the promised amenities were disappointing, and they need to improve on these aspects. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this can still be a good option, but manage your expectations regarding additional

The rooms weren't big or too small. Adequate for 3. There was a bathtub in the bathroom , it wasn't required in this place... It occupied too much of the bathroom space. The location was good. Service could have been better. The food was palatable and sumptuous. Rajath was very accommodating in keeping us happy with his immediate service and attention. They have a convenience store right in the front with homemade wine, water etc available for a nominal cost. There are no lifts or easy ways to access the cottages. The fleet of steps are really uneven and old people may find it difficult. On request they provide towels and the toiletries.

The food was disappointingly late and excessively spicy, making it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the desks were dusty, and the toilets were old and broken, which was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable, but overall, the experience left much to be desired.

Came to the restaurant, no staffs where available. Toilet was dirty. We had to go in search of the staffs. Ordered chicken masala, it was too spicy,. Plates and utensils were not clean we had to wash the plates before eating it. Attaching the photo of my lime juice glass. Since it's a main spot during long journeys, they have to improve the service.

Rooms are not spic and span but the people service are good. Mr Ajith was very helpful and polite person and host too. Location was awesome and it was pleasant staying and food was awesome...

I had a delightful three-day stay at Prashanthi Resort in Coorg, and it was even more special because I brought my dog along. The experience was truly pleasant from start to finish. The highlight of this resort is undoubtedly its stunning location. The fact that there's a waterfall within the property is a nature lover's dream come true. The serene sound of cascading water provided a soothing backdrop to our stay, and the scenic view of the surrounding hills was nothing short of breathtaking. Our room was not only comfortable but also provided a direct view of the waterfall from the balcony. Waking up to the sight and sound of nature's beauty was an unforgettable experience. It felt like we were in our little piece of paradise. The staff at Prashanthi Resort, especially our host Ashok, were incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist with any requests or queries we had. Overall, I can recommend Prashanthi Resort, especially for those seeking a serene getaway in the lap of nature. Whether you're traveling with your furry friend or not, this resort offers a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that will leave you with cherished memories.

Unplanned visit to this place, but the host was very cooperative and helpful. The room was nice and clean just to complete our pleasant overnight stay. Located in between the lush green bushes and food was cherry in the cake. Must plan visit.
