La Flora Aalaya Chinmayee Resort

Tourist come from distance places with tiredness and likes to have hot water bath. Since there was no electrical geysers . Taking bath in cold water in cold weather is horrible. So I suggest to install geysers in rooms. No matter there was manually firewood geyser was it was discomfort.

Fraud hotel...be aware Mr.Kathiraavan will call you to say that we have cancelled the online booking you need to pay him advance to have direct booking.you will pay some amount innocently to this Ravaan.On reaching there with family and friends the real drama of looting you will start.now this time hotel mgt will denounce this Katiravaan and will charge you 3 times more of the booking amount because now you are in their trap In short they are a gang of looters. Never book this hotel And many such cases may be happening there because it is easy to loot.

We have booked this resort online by paying 2000 Rs. But when we reached the destination, the rooms were not well maintained and rooms are unclean. Bedsheets are very old and not washed with so much bugs in it. Worst room I have ever seen. We have paid the money through Gpay to Kathiravan and we asked for the refund, but it was not processed even after 10 days. Worst behaviour of staff while checking for refund. I recommend not to book this resort in online for family and friends.

Please don't book any rooms here.. Pathetic maintenance. We booked rooms at Madikeri (Coorg) on 10th Aug 23 by paying 2000 rupees as advance .. when I visit directly on 10th Aug, I was not satisfied with the room cleanliness in terms of bed spread , pillows.. There was a fungal on bedsheet and pillows .. so I have cancelled and the care taker Kathiravan promised to refund the money of 2000 rupees, today is 19th Aug.. still I am following up, he is not refunding .. he didn't share my Money to La flora management .. he spent for his own expenses .. so he is not retiring now ..worst experience because of this Kathiravan.. loss for company

Worst worst worst .. no hygiene.. Especially the person name called Kathiravan care taker from Madikeri who is not sharing the money to La flora management .. he is using all direct bookings for his own expenses .. please don't go.. they photos they show and in direct it is different

I love this place with good Mountain View from terrace.. we went during June 23 and the climate was awesome ... the staffs are friendly .. earlier this property was not that much good.. unfortunately I went again with no option .. but this time they corrected everything and zero issues
