Hotel Mayura Valley View Madikeri

Stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The property is well maintained, with ample parking and breathtaking views of the valley right from the rooms. The staff were extremely courteous, always helpful, and greeted us with a smile. The location is also ideal -- just a 5-7 minute walk to Raja's Seat Garden, making it convenient for sightseeing. Kudos to KSTDC and the team for maintaining such high standards -- a truly pleasant stay and great value for money.

Good hard working women picking up your bags to the rooms and male waiters ignoring solo woman (not to generalise). They would pass by me but they wouldn't serve me even after requesting. The third time the waiter came and served everyone breakfast dosas but me, completely ignored me thrice and then I had to call him again and ask if I'm invisible to him else if he can serve me dosa. Then he smiled and served, which tells he was doing this on purpose. Maybe he was shy but then don't work in hospitality industry. You need to treat guests with equal respect despite their gender. This was the highlight for me. Food is decent, not great, breakfast buffet had good options. Views are good but not worth having such service when you pay equal money as male guests. Won't recommend it, but that's just my experience. The location is good, keep lower expectations.

The property is decent for the room price and Coorg standards. There aren't much options in the town. However the staff is really polite and helpful. Thanks to Rajesh Bangera for making my stay so comfortable. The pool area is absolutely beautiful.

We had booked non AC rooms.The view was good and the room was well maintained. The restaurant here is veg and non veg. The restaurant and bar can be seperated. The smell in the restaurant is really bad. Crowd can be disturbing for the families. The service is really slow.i waited for an hour for the dinner both the days. The swimming pool is well maintained. -It is a very good hotel for people to have leisure time with friends with drinks

Its a great property - location is prime, good food and scenic view is awesome from room and dining space. Service is excellent and rooms are spacious. A quick request - rooms can be painted and small issues may be fixed. We had a great stay at the property and will recommend to all. Thank you Mayura valley for gifting us a prime stay:)

Located right in the middle of Madikeri town, a wonderful place to have a leisurely lunch over a few drinks as well. The valley view simply breath taking and food is good too. Plenty of parking available and the service is also good. A Historic place which still hold significance

This is a perfect value for money place. Location is perfect - Rooms are descent and most important part is food which is extremely good at taste. They can improve on breakfast part (limited items) but over all it is really good. Kitchen staff really helped us to make baby food on all days at no extra cost. This was really helpful. Staff is very good and helpful. Ample of parking space and nice view from rooms. There is definitely nothing to complain about a place which is run by government entity. i would definitely recommend this to all and specially those who are looking for a break with baby(ies) ... this is an ideal place.

Coolest location, walkable to rajas seat park. The rooms are very spacious. Can access sunrise and sunset points by walk. The restaurant is decent and has a bar too. The dining area has a valley view and is the best part. There is a swimming pool available to chill and it also has a valley view. Landscaping is great and would get decent pics. A bit of caution about night security would be appreciated. The staff are well behaved. Valley view rooms need a bit of maintenance I feel. Take a morning walk to the left side and right side of the main entrance to witness beautiful mornings.
