The hotel exceeded expectations in every way! The room, bed, and overall location were excellent. Situated just 1 km from the bus stop, it's perfectly located as a central point to all major places. Don't judge it by its outer appearance--inside, it's well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are a rare find at such an affordable rate. The standout feature, however, is the staff, especially the receptionist and workers, who are incredibly kind and helpful. Special mention to the pretty and charming girl at the reception--just couldn't say it in person! Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'm happy to give it 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Very good service. Staffs were well behaved and helpful. Rooms were clean and balcony had a very nice view.

Stayed for a day with the family members, the room was simple. When the rain started, the power went off, and backup stopped working and the drama continued until midnight. Then after multiple follow-ups the generator was switched on after bringing the diesel at the midnight . Hectic experience in the night when power was not there and surrounding environment building has the power.
