I recently stayed at gostops in Coorg with my friend, and we had a great experience. The place had an amazing vibe - relaxed, friendly, and perfect for travelers. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. One small suggestion would be to have a common room that's open 24/7 so friends can hang out and talk even late at night. Overall, a fantastic stay and I'd definitely recommend it to others!

Staying at goSTOPS Coorg for two and half whole months was nothing short of a beautiful chapter in my life. I walked in as a guest, but I walked out with a heart brimming with gratitude, love, and memories that I'll carry forever. It wasn't just about the comfort of a bed or the beauty of the place, it was the people who made it feel like *home*. Every single staff member, from the ever-kind and present property manager Sreeraj, to the warm and welcoming front desk managers Surya and Albin, went above and beyond,*not once*, but every single day. Surya definitely became my favourite for being such an sweet guy, and such a humble person.Whether it was the attending staff, the soulful chef, or the diligent cleaners, they carried such grace and compassion in their work that I often found myself overwhelmed with joy. They didn't just help me with my stay,they cared for me enough to leave a print of happiness and joy. Dev, Rajiv, Jhulan, amazing staffs. They remembered the little things, asked how my day was, and created a space where I felt safe, held, and seen. Not just for me, but for *every single guest* who stepped into goSTOPS Coorg. Great job guys... To say they were helpful would be an understatement,they *embodied hospitality*. And truly, if goSTOPS Coorg is thriving, it's not because of the walls or the location, but because of this wonderful team. They are the soul of the place. Without them, it's just another destination. But with them? It becomes an *experience*. One that fills your soul, touches your heart, and reminds you that kindness still runs deep in this world. Pros: Great service, Surya was very helpful when we needed any information and got us our dorm washroom cleaned on an urgent basis. They got the room changed for a dorm mate who got super drunk as a female was sharing the same dorm, without us asking and we felt good for our safety. The customer service in the app is also super quick. The hostel was equipped with all important facilities like water, almira, games and good sitting in the common areas, bonfire at night. Very cute ambience. Ample parking space for 2 wheelers and good open space. Location although a bit interior, was quite convenient. Cons: The bunk bed I got had some hair on it, which didn't feel very clean. Our mixed dorm had a man aged over 45, which seemed weird. Overall highly recommended for your trip at a great price!!

Just stayed there for a night and staff were friendly. Dorms are well maintained good for a solo bag packers. And can enjoy more if you were in groups.

I stayed in goStops for 2 nights during my road trips. I booked a private room. The stay was not pleasant and we faced multiple issues related to internet, electricity and food. In breakfast they served frozen idli and sambar which was insipid. The internet kept on fluctuating. The location is quite good. Hosteller and Zostal are better alternatives.

Decent hostel to stay if you're looking to spend most of your time exploring Coorg - most other places price a lot higher especially during peak sessions. Prices were reasonable and staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacked a heater and it was a bit noisy from the neighbouring dorms at night to be able to sleep properly. Location was not too difficult to access - if you walk around 200m you'll reach the main road and can travel throughout the city from there.

For a price that can easily match that of a 4-star hotel, this place does not even offer the most basic facilities. I understand that this is principally a place for backpackers. However, if you are offering a single room, you will have to provide the services that any other hotel offers. The room is extremely small, does not even have a cupboard, and the staff never cleans the room even if you stay for more than a day (which was the case for my partner and I). On top of that, the food options available are terrible to say the least. The building is dilapidated, and I did not even get any assistance when it came to bringing down the luggage. I am sorry but I shall never recommend it to anyone. Period!

The dorms were very small and jam-packed but the hostel was good, it wasn't cozy. Try to have lunch and dinner from outside as there is no salt or spices in the food they prepare but the paneer tikka was good.
