The location is a bit offbeat, away from the city's hustle. The breakfast was amazing. I had made some special requests for decorations which was done beautifully. Jivan and his family took care of this us like their own.

I stayed with my family in Empra Exotica for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. Property is very spacious and well maintained. We booked both the rooms in first floor and got common area as well. Homemade breakfast provided was delicious. You will get scerenic view from both balconies attached with the rooms. Enough space to park your car. I highly recommend this property if you are travelling with your family with your own car.

I've stayed here with my family for 3 Nights and 4 days. Hospitality was very good. Tasty food was served at an affordable price for dinner. They also served fresh fruit for breakfast which is good. Very near to Madikeri and easily accessible. The property is well maintained.

Recently Stayed here, very nice home stay and the owners are very nice and kind people, provided requested milk and coffee, Rooms are neatly maintained and location is 4 Km from Madikeri town on TalaKaveri Road, Swiggy and Zomato available incase of you need to order food. Overall great stay and happy to stay again on our next visit also.
