Coffee Garden Resort

They have good parking space. The staffs are accommodating but the service is a bit slow as I feel that they are low on man power. Breakfast is complementary but they provide only 1 or 2 varieties to just satisfy your hunger. Rooms are spacious and all rooms have descent balcony space. Overall a descent stay for the price. Service can be improved very well. Wi-Fi is good too. Camp fire is also provided on request.

Service Issues: We had a disappointing experience, particularly with the service. Swimming Pool Concerns: We confirmed with the manager that the pool would be accessible at 10 pm. Due to our late arrival, we agreed to use it at 5 am instead. Poor Maintenance: Upon waking up, we found the pool dirty and unmaintained, with mud and leaves at the bottom. Unresponsive Staff: Despite repeated attempts to contact staff, no one responded. The pool was only cleaned at 9 am, long after we needed it. Lack of Basic Amenities: We couldn't get a water bottle in the room and had to purchase one from outside early in the morning due to the unavailability of staff. Beautiful place to relax and unwind Rooms are decent balcony's are small very basic stay worth it for big group

Pros- the two bedroom cottages are quite huge for a family of 4-7 members to occupy and they have been maintained properly. Property has swimming pool, parking, bonfire. Service is very nice, very polite staff . 4 stars because they were little late to provide food as they don't have in-house restaurant but that is also understandable as it was pouring heavily during our stay. Cons- The rooms are above and the only way to access is by foot, so elderly people having joint pains will have issue climbing the hill.

the staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughot our stay..the room were immaculate and very clean and comfortable..we totally enjoyed there ..food was next level...we visit again thank you...

We stayed for a day with our family. Food was amazing. Loved thuer breakfast and dinner. Prices were reasonable. Nice room with great balcony view. Pools were clean. Hospitality from entire staff was too good.escpecially Ismail sir was so helpful. Uninterrupted wifi and power supply was cherry on top Only drawback is that.. needed more activities for kids. Otherwise wonderful place to stay. Looking forward to visit again with entire family again. thankyou for being you and giving us so many memories

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort. I was captivated by the resort's beautiful view and heavenly climate that enveloped the entire property. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed to enjoy the picturesque hills of Coorg. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was provided by the resort itself. The resort also offers a well-maintained swimming pool. And you can explore the beautifully landscaped garden perfect for leisurely walks. Would definitely visit again!
