We had a great experience at hill crest. We travelled for our baby's birthday and they accepted our last moment request of room decoration and they did it so beautifully. The staff were so cooperative that things became really easy for us. Swimming pool was well maintained.. Food options were limited but delicious. Room was good but seems to be a little old as the wires were all visible but hygiene and maintenance was top notch. We really enjoyed our two days stay !!

While the rates for rooms might seem a tad expensive, the experience is well worth the investment. A special shout-out to Anil, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His hospitality truly elevated our stay. Overall, Hill Crest Resort offers an exceptional experience with its stunning views, fantastic amenities, and outstanding service.

We had booked mountain view terrace with bath tub room for 1 day at this hotel. Location is easily reachable with a stunning mountain view. We felt room area is little small for premium room category but sufficient balcony space is there. Hospitality and food were beyond expectations. Reception and restaurant management is very responsive. My wife was 4 months pregnant. They took care any difficulties we were facing even gave complimentary cake. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend all to visit. Thanks Anil(manager) for making our stay memorable .

I recently stayed at Hill Crest Resort for a short getaway with my partner, and I must say it was an incredibly relaxing experience, especially as I am currently 4 months pregnant. We booked the mountain view terrace room with a bath tub for one night. The view was absolutely breathtaking and gave us the peace we were hoping for. Although the room itself was slightly compact for a premium category, the balcony was spacious and gave us plenty of fresh air and comfort. What truly made the stay special was the amazing hospitality. The staff and restaurant team were very responsive and caring throughout our stay. They ensured I was comfortable, accommodated all our special requests, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. Small gestures like that made us feel really valued. A special thanks to Anil (the manager) for being so thoughtful and making our short stay truly memorable. We felt safe, relaxed, and well looked after -- exactly what a mom-to-be needs on a short vacation. Highly recommend this place for couples and families, especially if you're looking for a peaceful break with a beautiful view!

The stay here was pleasant and happy experience. The rooms were really clean and well maintained. Buffet menu from the restaurant has a very good list of choices and it tastes very yummy and delicious. Hospitality from team is really amazing and makes us feel visit this place again. Overall, I will recommend this place for a happy, peaceful and relaxed stay.

So I visited Coorg on the 1st of May for an extended weekend getaway and stayed at the Hill Crest Resort. We were several hours late but out check-in was seamless. They even called ahead and had our dinner prepared and placed in our room when we arrived! The room was spik and span with a view to go back for!!! The entire staff was very courteous, respectful and willing to help us in any requests we had during our stay. They even gave us some great sightseeing suggestions. The crystal clear swimming pool, the evening bonfire and the late afternoon game room are just the cherry on top for a perfect stay! I'll definitely be back for more very soon!

Had a great stay with many happy memories and the overall warmth & courtesy of entire team of Hill Crest Resort made our trip to cherish forever. Key factors - 1. Ample space in Room, balcony was great with mountain view. 2. Excellent food taste & portion wise also great. 3. Entire team's hospitality, warmth & courteous behavior. 4. Beautifully decorated small lawn, flowers & slide, trampoline for kids. 5. Pool, gym, spa all amenities available.

We had a great time at this resort! The staff, the service, and the food was amazing! We enjoyed the view and amenities very much. We were here for 3 days with family and the days went by very comfortably. A special mention to the entire restaurant (Malnad) staff (especially Mr. Bharat, Mr. Anil and Mr. Pankaj), who were very kind and generous. They made sure that were were happy with our meals, and they were very friendly and considerate of our requests. It gets difficult when you are travelling with a kid (who has different food demands than the adults), but all our requests were met with a smile.
