Bilva Comforts

My wife and I stayed here on the 13th and 14th of November, 2024. Our observations are as follows:|The room is large but the bathroom is tiny. There is no wash basin in the bathroom. This is a basic requirement of any hotel.|There are no hangers for hanging clothes or any hooks.|Towels were given only after we asked for them. They did not look very fresh.|The lift provided is tiny and can handle barely two persons.|Very poor service. The receptionist slept until 8 AM and woke up only reluctantly. We had to go out ourselves for a cup of tea. Room service is zero.|There are no decent restaurants around.|We ordered dinner through Zomato and the receptionist could not give him clear instructions about the hotel location. His verbal communication is poor.|I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Good Rooms, Both AC and Non AC available. Service is also Good. Less than 2km to Asia's 2nd monolithic Hill Madhugiri.

Very clean & best place to stay....staff is quite good....and the owner of this place is very polite & humble person.

The room booked by us was non-AC, rooms are bit small. There is no room service available and no staff to attend to your luggage. It's an average stay.

Appears to be the only decent hotel in Madhugiri. Do not take single room unkess there's no other option available. You will fall on the bed as soon as the door opens and the bathroom could have been better. I had cancel the booking and request for a double room. This was more clean and well ventilated with a slightly larger/better bathroom/washroom. Slightly on the expensive side when compared to the cost of similar rooms in other towns.

2 sharing rooms are very small, they won't provide any complimentary toilet materials ( soap, towel ) and other bigger rooms ( 4 sharing ) not clean enough. No cupboards to hang cloths too.
