Rooms are great, service is ok, but the staff is rude, before checkin they are very nice and after you pay the amount their attitude towards the customers changes. Overall a good stay, but do not expect friendly behaviour from the staff.

Stayed here recently. The room itself was okay, but the overall experience wasn't great. The staff were not friendly or helpful, which really affected the stay. Also, no complimentary tea or small touches you'd expect. Overall, not a good experience and wouldn't recommend.
