Wonderful and Homely Stay! Had a fantastic experience! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt very homely. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, just like home-cooked meals. The people were warm, friendly, and very respectful--always ready to help and suggest great local spots to visit. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable. A Truly Homely Experience! I came here from Mumbai i had a wonderful stay here--everything about it felt just like home. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We recently enjoyed a fantastic family vacation in Gokarna, staying at Mangrove Ecostay. From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely delightful. I stayed in Mangrove Ecostay for a day during my short visit to Gokarna with my family of 4 members. To start with, the host Manjunath was very helpful in responding properly to all the queries even prior to the booking itself. Manjunath is a very knowledgeable person about Gokarna and helped us with the itinirary for a complete day. Eventhough we spent just a day, we were able to cover major attractions - thanks to the support for the planning provided by Manjunath. I was travelling with 3 elders, so I had a lot of queries about the accessibility to various locations such as Yana caves, beaches etc. All those queries were precisely an accurately answered by the host. He even arranged a vehicle for the local transportation for an affordable amount, that was very convenient, and which you will need if you don't have a private vehicle or hiring a 2 wheeler is not an option for you. This kind of interaction and support is what you'll be looking for while booking a homestay instead of a hotel. Locaion of the property is very near to the railway station. Its at a 20 mins drive from the beaches and around 1 hour 15 mins drive from other attractions such as Yana caves and Vibhuthi falls. Around 600 meters from the property, there is a backwater and a mangrove forest, where you could enjoy a great sunrise and a very peaceful morning walk. Manjunath suggested this location as this local attraction was not visible in the google. This place is highly recommened to visit in early mornings. We enjoyed this a lot. The room was very spacious and clean. The room provided to us could easily accomodate 6 people. Aminities like wifi, AC, water heater, inverter were there and all were functional. On the whole I'd recommend this if you are travelling to Gokarna and looking for a peaceful stay near to the railway station.

Had a really good experience staying at Mangrove Ecostay Gokarna. The place was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly and we had a relaxing time. We always find ourselves coming back here whenever we visit Gokarna. Would definitely recommend it!

Accommodation was quite decent. The owner is very helpful. Helped us with bike rental, sight seeing, scuba diving references. They prepare food on order. As tasty as home made food. Location of accommodation is really picturesque.

Rooms are very small not same as shown in the images. You can find larger in photos but in actual they were very small not even able to walk two members at a time in the room and service is worst even after paying 80% they didn't even opened the door to send my family members into the room in the meantime of taking money from my purse after clearing the whole payment then they have opened it I felt very rude as they didn't even waited for 5 min for the payment . Location is not good we need to travel 10km to reach every sightseeing places.
