Rooms are bit smaller and congested but 2 persons can stay. Room ambiance is good, water geyser also in bath room, recommend for family and friends.

Considering a small town, this place is decent as the property is new and having in-house Udupi restaurant. AC works well. If the property will be maintained properly with neatness and required cleaning, this will always be a good place to stay in Lingsugur. Cleanliness required a lot of attention in the rooms. Bathrooms need to be wiped properly and the walls need to be cleaned on the soap marks and dirt accumulated. Dusting needs to be thorough. With this, the property can be maintained as new as possible.
