Royal Inn Lodge

Bad customer service. We had booked two rooms for two nights and were provided with rooms for the first night. The person who assigned us the rooms asked us to vacate one of the two rooms for the second night as he had double booked the rooms for a bunch of folks. After a whole lot of argument we were able to retain the rooms. The folks who stayed in the hotel were noisy as hell. They kept knocking on our door at the middle of the night and early morning. There was no regulation from the hotel management. It was a horrible experience. Do not recommend for families.

The rooms were small and unclean.There were no proper amenities like drinking water.Eventhough the location is good,the way leading up to the lodge is unclean.The toilets were in terrible condition and bird feces were all over the toilet. Even though the rooms were arranged for us,a group of more than 40 people,on a very short notice,one could still expect to have a fairly decent stay for the price paid.Greatly disappointed.

Worst place to stay. 1. Full of cockroaches. 2. No proper parking accommodation. 3. Bed sheets are not clean. Looks like burnt and holes were there. 4. Till we lost our patience in the mid night they did not provide extra bed. 5. No hot water. 6. Room was not clean. 6. Toilet was not clean. 7. They did not provide the receipt. 8. Charge was very high 3k for one night without any facilities. For the next night only for 2.2k we got an AC room with room service in Kundapura. These people are just looting. Overall not a place for family to stay. I dont want to given 1 star to this place. I am force to give one to post our experience with this place.

The services provided by each staff of the royal inn lodge was excellent , they attended us well at all the timings and we were impressed by their courtsey. food provided made us at home feeling.They cared a lot for our infant child. Other services of lodge were also good. we enjoyed our stay and convey thanks to all associated with royal inn lodge. I would suggest my colleagues to choose this for their comfortable stay. Especial Thanks to mr haneef & sunil kumar....

Receptionist has language problem as he communicate only in Kannada. Rooms are short and okay to stay for single or couple.

Great hotel for some one travelling constantly or on a budget. Offers cozy stays which are enough for a day or two.

Hot water supply is a mess. Will get hot water alternatively to each room !! For a family with Kids it's hard to manage.

Lot of cockroaches.... Washroom is very dirty. Parking space is very limited to use...Not recommend for family persons
