Coorg Stone Valley Resorts

i dont why this place is called as a "resort". The rooms were not clean , washroom was very small and dirty . They didn't even provide lock for the room they said everything will be safe dont worry . The pool was not clean and the room had no ventilation and lights. The worst place that i have ever visited

One of the worst Resorts of sakleshpur with zero hospitality.. they do not maintain any standards and they don't provide any facilities which are being given in the itinerary. The food was average and the food is a repeated menu. Please prefer some other resort instead of this Resort. No back up of power . We faced lot of power issues during the trip which spoiled the entire mood of the trip .

Terrible place to go. They don't serve you food hence the review on tasty food is a lie. They don't give u basic toiletries. You can confirm this by calling them once. Zero hospitality. I asked for wifi, care taker (ct) asked if you had successfully done the upi payment. Upon saying yes he said then you need wifi and left. Terrible service. Sworn not to go there anymore. The room had roofs leaking etc etc. Simply terrible.

Worst experience of my life.... No sense of hygiene, we were promised complimentary breakfast but not given, water was leaking from the ceiling, on asking to change the room because of the leakage the care taker said leave that part of the room alone stay in other half. Pathetic experience.

If you wanna experience staying in a public washroom, this is the place to be. Stinks, leaks, vibes like no other. Worst experience ever. The hospitality is worse then the place. It's a negative star from my end. They should shut it down. It's that bad.

Deserves Zero rating, Worst manager, Worst service and No cleanliness, but property is good, simply they charge however they want, instead of paying huge amount better to stay at OYO rooms. That old fellow manager deserves Zero ratings he doesn't even know how to behave and still i didn't get to know that on what basis he is charging for food.

First off all no cleanliness, only one guy is there to handle everything, didn't give us permission to use swimming pool, they said we can use early morning, but it was not cleaned, even after paying so much, Coffee was charged, no cleanliness, forget Hot water, had to struggle for Water, Food arrived too late, completely unhappy. I would have given 0 star if I had option.

The only good thing is they have abundant oxygen. And Nothing else great about this place. TV not working, caretaker unavailable at most of the times, slow service, cobwebs all over the unplastered walls, you won't feel alone in the room, so many spiders are there to accompany on the wall, bathroom latches not working, flush broken.
