"This resort was excellent, especially for families with kids! We thoroughly enjoyed the weather and atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to cater to our needs. One suggestion I would make is to consider having separate areas for families and bachelor groups at night campfire. Sometimes, when bachelor groups arrive, families might feel compelled to move. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort."

A great place to stay while on a holiday We stayed just for a day, due to various reasons, but I surely would love to come back here for more. They have 3 amazing swimming pools, rain dance, bonfire with music, adventure sports and so on. It's a great place to spend leisure time and bond with fitness and family. The rooms are huge and very well maintained. Worth the price!

Not a great resort to be talking about. A just pass by regular and substandard resort. Had been there for a weekend stay with family and did not feel it a great place. It is located in city and doesn't give you resort vibes. Rooms are extremely poor, blankets and bed is dirty, walls are dirty, bathroom is dirty. Definitely no maintenance. Food is ok when we order, complimentary breakfast was extremely bad. Service is good, that's the only good part. Swimming pool lacks rules, boys gang are seen playing only with inners making it discomfort for family. Rope activities etc, no one from the resort is seen nearby to play them. Overall, an extremely poor resort, not value for money. I wouldn't recommend.

It was a very basic resort. The rooms are good and properly cleaned. But the food is very basic. The service is very poor. They dint provide the room on checkin time. They gave a room for fresh up which is not clean. The tv was not recharged and there is no dress code for pool. Everyone were just swimming in their regular clothes.

A truly disappointing experience -- not recommended. Our stay at the resort was ruined by the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Sumithra. Shockingly, she asked us to "shut our mouths" and leave -- a completely unacceptable way to speak to guests. Before booking, the staff was polite and accommodating. But once the payment was made, their attitude changed entirely. We were also made to wait over 2 hours just to check out, with no clear communication or apology. What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating ordeal. I strongly advise against booking this resort. There are plenty of places that offer better service and basic courtesy. Still if you guys want to book the resort without respect you can proceed

It's right in the middle of the city and that's a put off for someone like me. Their swimming pool is fine but they don't have a proper protocol for the dressing sense since it will be used by family members

Had a terrible experience at the resort. Had my flip flops just outside the room, near the door. And was torn apart by a dog. When asked to atleast claim responsibility let alone compensate, they said it was an open area and were lethargic. My friends also faced issues regarding mice. Bad place

Good place. It's just 2km away from golden temple..food is good.. staffs are polite and take care of you very well. Thanks to all staff working in restaurant for the delicious food and taking care of our stay and making it memorable..
