The hotel under review is quite new and very well maintained. It is situated in the centre of Kundapura town and close to the business district. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The reception and housekeeping staff are polite and helpful. The restaurants attached are clean and the staff is receptive to our requirements. The food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, is well prepared and tasty and the service is quick. |I hope this hotel will continue to maintain its present quality.

We had a wonderful experience during the stay at the hotel Uva Manish. The service was impeccable, and I would like to especially thank Bhavya for her exceptional support. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and ensured that all my requests were catered to with genuine care and professionalism. From managing last-minute room changes to organizing smooth travel logistics, Bhavya went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of perfectly. It's exceptionally excellent Indian Hotel of European style. The staff is very courteous. The ambience, lobby, parking, lift everything is great. The rooms are near, clean and luxurious. The toiletry, tea making kit everything well placed. I loved this hotel stay in Kundapura on 17 November 24. It has separate Veg and Non Veg family Restaurant with Bar. It too has great ambiance. However, I couldn't taste food here as I went to a marriage nearby. I thought to stay here again if I get an opportunity to visit nearby places.

Management and the staff are all money minded. They do not wash the bed sheets so that the stain stays and they can charge the customer, even after proving them that the stain is from a washable marker they still argue and started raising voice in front of a 3 year old kid. Such a horrible experience would never visit such money minded company ever again. Worst decision to stay here

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel during my recent visit for a dine-in. The management staff named Pavan was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My 2-year-old child accidentally stood on the sofa, which I understand may not be ideal, but his reaction was completely out of line. He used abusive language towards both me and my child, which was deeply upsetting. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, he chose to insult me and even began to lecture me on how to raise my child. This behavior was not only uncalled for but also downright disrespectful. I will not be returning to this establishment and strongly advise others to reconsider before visiting. No one should ever have to endure such treatment, especially in front of their young child.

would like to share a review of this Hotel, first would like to appreciate MR. Uday for the smooth booking of stay, Uday is very supportive in making your booking experience hassle free. i stayed in this hotel for 3 days didn't feel like hotel which had a homely experience. right from the check-in to the hotel, the warm welcome from security person and the front office desk team,Mr. Uday,Mrs. Bhavya and one more person at the front desk sorry i forgot his name then comes to the rooms it was very spacious neat and clean, Restaurant the food taste was awesome and the room service. Would thank restaurant staff, house keeping for their effortless customer service Over all I thank the entire management team of UVA Manish Kundapura for their Great Hospitality, would recommend every Traveller to experience your stay at least once at this hotel

For someone who loves watching cars, it was a nice treat that this Hotel overlooks the newly built Highway.. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating.. So sweet that one night after returning from a VERY late night wedding function, we realised that there weren't Tea Bags or sugar in our room and called up the concierge, promptly a VERY kind man came running up with refills ! The checkin and checkout process was seamless and quick..

Veg restaurant Lasika is not upto a star category hotel, it lacks in hygiene every i timeout eat i have a problem with stomach, it's mainly due unhygienic preparation of food items including handling of food materials before and after cooking. Maybe these people are not trained for star category. The restroom is very dirty, even though Kholer is used due to bad maintenance, it's very dirty. There's a golden rule that if the toilet is clean the kitchen will be clean too.
