It is the best places to stay. Nice nature surrounded by the building. The rooms are built with AC and attached washrooms, they provide all the cooking kitchen utensils you can Cook. The cost is also less compared with others. At your place, you will get a lot of privacy. It is the most four-floor building in that 3 areas with one Hall one kitchen and two/three bedrooms. I loved the place I recommend this if you look nice privacy and a beautiful homestay. Most Recommended for Families with kids

The cost is also less compared with others. At you place you will get a lot of privacy. It is all most four floor building in that 3 are with one Hall one kitchen and two bedrooms. They will provide all enjoyment if you require like DJ, Fire Camp etc. I loved the place I recommend this if you are look nice privacy and beautiful home stay.

Short review: The place is very clean and spacious(can easily accommodate upwards of 40 people). Pretty close to major attractions like maravante beach and kodi beach.Easy to reach from the highway, very good facilities and the rates are very cheap compared to other places. Now for the longer review : We were a group of 30 people and took the entire property for a night's stay. Pros : -There is a lot of open space including a big lawn and a terrace with a beautiful view. -Very affordable. -There is a total of 9 rooms spread across three floors and a single room on the top. -Each floor has a hall and a kitchen with enough cutlery available. In one of the floors cooking gas along with a stove was also available. - Hot water is available all throughout the day with solar and electric geysers available. - Since there was so much space available we even pitched in a tent and put a camp fire also. -The lawn is a nice place to put some music and have a nice time. We had come for a wedding so we were naturally worried about safety as this property lies around half a kilometer from highway. No worries there as well, the property has big compounds and a big gate as well. Also there are some people living around the property, so it doest feel very secluded. - The family living opposite to the home stay is very helpful, will provide us with any items we need, there are available early in the morning as well. - Owner of the property is also very helpful be it guiding to the home stay or suggesting places to eat or to visit. After looking at previous reviews I already had big expectations from our stay, but overall the experience was much better.

Budget friendliness: 4/5 Hospitality: 3/5 Location wise: 4/5 Our stay at this location was ok ok. I'll suggest owner to keep atleast basic things like soap/handwash etc... In room and also get the AC serviced property. If you are giving kitchen option in your stay then it is expected that kitchen and utensils are Cleaned properly, so one can use them. Property location is good, only 10km from marvanthe beach and 60 km from murudeshwar temple.

We stayed here for Marriage 3 days had amazing memories Interior and infrastructure were amazing and services they offered was great for a price. All Rooms were clean and neat, it's nearest railway station Kundapura is about 20min away. Also if you're lucky you could see peacock roaming around

It has very good rooms and hall with furniture to hangout again. There will be no distrubsnce since it is isolated. Food for vegiterian is very tastey, we had neer dosa, chatny, rice and rasam at night and pulav, Rita, idly sambar chatny on morning, kitchen is provided with induction and also milk, tea or coffee powder is available. Hot water facility is there.

We about 400+ visited this place along with our religious GURU. Enjoyed the environment and serene atmosphere spacious venue.
