SHANTIVAN HERITAGE HOME AND SAMUDRIN BEACH RETREAT

The property lives up to the expectations set by the managers. They looked exactly as advertised and provides a calm and serene experience. The beach is very close by and feels like a private beach as there are no commercial establishments nearby. There is a helper on the property - Ganesh - who is super helpful and is there for anything you may need help with. He also showed the animals in the property to the kids who thoroughly enjoyed. Two problems 1. had trouble finding the place as it is incorrectly marked on google which have suggested for an edit. and 2. if you plan to order food there are very few options, takes longer to deliver and delivery charges are equal to or more than the cost of food.

This property is located on the beach - the Arabian Sea is 100m away. One can enjoy the view of the sunset, can hear the waves crashing down from the room itself. The property, though newly constructed and development is underway, is very well maintained. Vishwanath, the caretaker, is a wonderful person and always has a smile on his face. He took care of all our basic needs. Though the property is located in a remote area (exactly where I wanted to be for the weekend), we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We extended our stay by 1 night. Rajesh, the manager, helped us with a hassle free extension of our holidays. I am very grateful to Ashvin Kumar, the co-manager of the property, who shared with me information about the attractions nearby and names of a couple restaurants worth trying dishes at. Overall, I am very pleased with the stay. Thank you!

Great Location, Peaceful and quiet place to enjoy your vacation. It's a beach front property. Rooms are clean. I enjoyed Sunset here along with the breeze from the beach while sitting at the porch of the cottage.

Nice property for anyone who lives beaches. Here, the beach is so close, you can feel the salty breeze.. very nice ambience.
