I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's located right in the center of the city, making it very convenient for getting around. The room service was prompt and very good. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Plus, the rates were quite affordable compared to other options nearby. Overall, a great experience -- I would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again.

Disappointing Experience with Refund and Communication I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room and paid an advance amount to confirm it. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I had to cancel the booking just three hours later. I informed the hotel immediately and requested a refund of my advance payment. Initially, they said they would check with their accounts team regarding the possibility of a refund. Since then, I've had to follow up multiple times -- calling several times over the following days -- but all I received were vague responses and promises to "check and update." No one got back to me with any clear information, and to date, I have not received my refund or even an explanation. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer service has been extremely frustrating. I expected better treatment, especially considering how promptly I communicated the cancellation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Rooms are okay but extremely small. AC is centralised hence doesn't cool much. The washroom is good. No breakfast available. Only lunch and dinner are available... Which is a big drawback. Service was good. For 1300 it was great value.

Perfect Manager, perfect staff, missing restaurant for breakfast and is real punishment. Reasturant for dinner and lunch is clean, tidy spacious but not many customer. Something missing with Mr Kotyan's management ?

Hotel rooms and services are ok. Regarding safety measures we had a very bad experience in this hotel. They placed carpets on the stairs at the entrance, and one of my family members slipped there, hitting their head and sustaining a severe injury. Tragically, despite all efforts, we could not save her, and we lost her due to this serious injury. Additionally, handrails were present but could not be used because plant pots were placed nearby and far from the door entrance, leaving people with no support while using the stairs. There was also AC water on the floor, making the area even more slippery. Keeping carpets on the stairs further increased the risk. We are sharing this review so that no one else has to face such a tragedy and we lost a life. Hotels must prioritize safety and take proper precautions to prevent such devastating incidents.

Good hotel and has nice interiors for rooms. Budget friendly and value for money stay. Location is opposite to fish market and vegetarian may have problems with fish smell outside the hotel. Nice quiet ambience in the rooms.

Good location, great sevice. reception was kind and helped us with required assistance (Uday.P). Room was amazing for the value. Most important locality and people around you are helpful and kind. Amazing food & services provided by in house restaurant.

Wonderful hotel with great service, the manager and the staff were very kind and understanding. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this place if you're in the city for few days :))
