Sahana Orchid Hotels

Coming here since 2020. They are best in their hospitality. Rooms are neat and luxurious. I really appreciate the staffs for providing such a great service. I don't know for others but for me it feels like home whenever I visit Sahana. Thank you Krishna, Deepa and Abdul...!

Hell lot of things to Improve Maybe the Management challenges When I entered the checkIn experience was good However, rooms are not worth the amount we paid Restaurants have strict guidelines, related breakfast services No hot water during our stay Location wise kind of remote, no cab facility or taxi facility since uber and ola have not started here Need to walk down till the highway and catch an auto riksha Not an ideal location to stay for tourists I believe

Room service won't respond immediately..I called them ,they received and kept the telephone aside.....u should provide drinking water atleast without calling u.....overall room is clean and neat...so many mosquitoes at dining area....

Food tastes good here... specially fish preparations...Also lots of space ,they have AC restaurant,cabins and open space. ...and ample parking space as well...but only part i didn't like was there is nothing like fish curry rice here.They serve rice separately and we need to order for fish curry seperately...else were in this region they serve fish curry free of cost...

Stayed here for 5 nights in Feb 2024. Great location with good service / staff which makes up for an otherwise a bit pricy rates. Spacious parking lot even though they do have couple of convention halls attached on the same compound. Tried their breakfast one of the days and tasted nice which is mostly included in your room rates. They also have a large restaurant - air conditioned & garden/open hall for family, while a big bar & restaurant area for a nice evening hangout for friends. All in all, it's one place that meets requirement for all the groups in a nice way.

It was a Wonderful 5 days stay at Hotel Sahana with their Best Room service, very hygienic, great food, Swimming pool and most disciplined Staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL while staying at Kundapur Thankyou so much for the best experience

Worst ever restaurant experience in KUNDAPURA Not worth for 1 rating ( including staff response)

Worst stay here. Overly priced for the service they provided. They made us wait for 20 mins as the room wasn't cleaned yet. After that when we went to the room no guest toiletries were provided not even water to drink. On being asked thrice then they came up with a bottle. We wanted extra bed for which they charged 800rs. Bed linens were so bad and even bed was hard anyone would get a body pain easily sleeping on that bed. We had booked AC room but the AC was just for a name sake. Totally it was a very bad experience. I will surely not recommend these rooms for stay. Kindly go for some other options if available close by. Kindly check the room before paying the money. Don't fall prey to the fancy images they have put on the website or someone other online room booking sites. Looting customers!! Coming to the restaurant, staffs are rude here. They don't have the basic manners of how to serve the guests. Food was average.
