1. Rooms are not clean, dust everywhere, on window sills, fans, etc. 2. Towels were not given to us, on asking they gave and towels were not clean, we could see stains on it. 3. Poor plumbing in the bathrooms. The tap in the wash basin had a hole and throwed water like a fountain. 4. Phone not working, most plug points not working, tv remote not provided. 5. Worst experience was with the 2 boys at the counter, they are always busy watching reels on phone and least bothered about customer issues. If you booking a stay for your family in Kundapur, please avoid this place.

Not at all a family friendly hotel. I booked this hotel based on the rating 4+ of this hotel, However it is not at all a good place for a family stay. There is a bar nearby and only bachelors are staying. No lift, no power backup. People outside of the hotel will stare at you like you are going to be the next victim of some sort of scandal. I would suggest not to book this hotel at all if you are concerned about safety for your female family members.

Officially the worst hotel i've ever been to. The room is full of cockroaches and lizards. When i asked the owner to clean the room, he flatly refused saying that the room was already clean, despite me showing women hair on the bed. I had paid extra for breakfast, but the owner refused to give it. Pathetic hotel, stay as far away as you can from this place!!

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Though we had booked for 3 people they couldn't arrange anything for 3rd person. staff is very rude.rooms are not clean. Avoid this hotel. better to sleep in bus stand than this hotel.

This place is decent for a day's stay. The room is spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is nice too. The standard aren't very high but the place is well kept

A very good place to stay,its resides near main road easy to come and go,no trouble for parking , very good rooms, quality are best compare other hotels,rooom service are very good,staffs are very friendly and kind,
